So kwik came out and fixed a leak I had. But a few days later. The same pipe started leaking again....... Ummm I don't think it was a job done right. So I called up my neighbor and he helped me out instead. I'm really trying to find a good plumber. Guess I have to keep searching

Terrible, terrible, terrible! Do not use them if you want the work done right. We are in process of spending more money fixing an improper toliet and floor install. They charge a lot of money for work that they don't even know how to complete. Hey claim to know contracting but do not. Owner is impossible to reach and never returns calls. Amateur work and don't become this company's next victim

Called and requested somebody come out a.s.a.p. to fix a leak that we could not access.
Josh was sent out within the hour and took care of the problem right away.
He was prepared to deal with the issues, was very friendly, professional and helpful.

I can't even begin to tell the whole story so in summary TERRIBLE!!! The most unprofessional people I have ever worked with. Plumber did not even know how to drain the hot water tank before removing it which he asked my husband to help him do. Then he ruined my carpeting after probably 6 phone calls to them all unreturned they sent the ""plumber"" back out to clean it and I was told he was also a carpet cleaner. I said I wanted professionals this time and not the ""plumber"" who obviously is not a plumber the owner told me to stop calling him.

They were sent out by American Home Shield to repair a shower leak in the master bath. They did this without any problem. The pan gasket just needed resitting and caulking.

I asked if they would like to finish the remodel of our master bath by installing the new tub. I also needed some drywall repair in the kitchen below the tub due to a leak. A different man and helper came to do an estimate and the work.

We agreed on an estimate for both projects. I gave them a $1000 down payment and they started immediately. 4 days later and and 3 new estimates it is clear by the little work that they have done and the hole they cut in my master bathroom floor to the floor below that they do not know how to professionally do the work needed.

Part of the drywall in the kitchen is a puckered and uneven and has at least 25 roofing nails in addition to the drywall screws on one 2 foot edge and will have to be removed and redone.

To their credit they have been here every day all day and are trying but the needed level of skill is beyond what they are able to provide. We have asked them not to return before further damage is done to our home.

They are very nice men but for anything beyond a simple handy man repair I would not recommend them.

Other concerns we wanted to pull village permits and they really did not want too.
They did not want to work with other contractors ie..electricians and plumbers.

Not sure if they are licensed and bonded I did not check because they were sent by the warranty company but now I really think I should have done my due diligence.

Very unsatisfied. Someone came over from this company to fix a leak. When another plumber arrived for a second estimate from another company (at the same time) the first man left very quickly. The second plumber told us that the plumber who had left was not a licensed plumber and would receive a fine if they stayed. I can't believe I didn't even know to ask. Reguardless this is terrible to not let customer know this upfront.

My newly built 2 year old home was serviced by Kwik Quality Plumbing, 212 East 15th Street, Lockport IL. Couple toilets were not flushing properly/continually running and a tub couldn't hold water. It took two service calls to get the one toilet fixed properly and the tub is a whole another story. While Tom the plumber was here fixing toilets, he recommended my 2 year old expensive toilets be replaced. I had suspected that one of the toilets wasn't filling up with water due to air bubbles occasionally shooting through the lines. Tom further inspected the plumbing and determined the 55 gallon water storage tank was bad only after two years of use. Water storage tanks are used by well owners. He quoted $2000 for the 55 gallon tank to be replaced, however he could reduce the costs with a used 35 gallon tank already in his possession. Why I would want a used smaller tank, when they only last two years is beyond my comprehension. Tom then laid on the common urgency tactic by mentioning that the well pump could damage under these condition which is even bigger bucks. After Tom left, a local plumber was called for a second estimate. This honest company found no problems and explained where the air was entering the system. Kwik Quality plumbing committed fraud. This was not a misdiagnosis, this was work desperateness. To diagnose bad hardware, you really need to examine the hardware other than just shaking the tank and calling it bad. I hate to be the customer that lost their 35gallon tank who actually paid for replacement. I would have felt really bad if I would have paid for replacement and gave this plumber a more expensive tank to sell someone else.
