We had a leak in our slab, bad water heater, and failing PRV (pressure relief valve). One of the big box plumbers (Parker and sons) quoted us around 5k to do the work. I called Scott and he came over right away. He gave me the same diagnosis and treatment plan for around 2k. He handled the water heater warranty (which involved taking my water heater back to Home Depot) and exchanging for a new one ( Parker and sons wouldn't do that). He rerouted my supply line with new copper piping. He added the PRV and a few new valves. He even provided us with a new shower head for our master bath. They went above and beyond. All the work was completed quickly, thoroughly, and professionally. Before you get any work done with another plumber, I would suggest getting a quote from Scott!

Scott Sr came over, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and appeared to be immediately ordering the needed part. He stated he would come back the next week to fix our system. It's now over 5 weeks later and I've left 3 messages. I have not received a return phone call since the initial visit. I know they are really busy and ours is not an easy job but at least return our phone call to let us know you aren't interested in doing the job so we can engage with someone else before our system fails entirely.

These guys are the best! We had a mess in our backyard when a water pipe burst. Scott came right out, assessed the situation and was able to coordinate the repair within one week. Sounds like a long time, but the repair was complicated. He made sure we had water to the house the first day. He is honest and his prices are fair. He and his workers went above and beyond the minimum. Highly recommend him!

Scott Wink is a honest straight talker. He knows his stuff. I had a recurring problem with a clogged pipe near the clean out. A reputable plumbing company wanted $4500 to fix the problem. I called Kwik As A Wink for a second opinion. After about 5 mintues of analyzing the sitution, Scott came up with a solution which cost me nothing more than the $70 service call! It's comforting to know that people are still around who put integrity and honesty above the almighty dollar! Thank you Scott Wink for solving my problem.

Rude and unprofessional! Scott Senior fixed 2 leaky faucets in late May but said he needed a ""sleeve"" to fix a third and would return in 3-4 days. After a week I called and a woman returned my call, saying Scott hadn't forgotten me, would see me in a few days. I called three more times and left messages, asking them to let me know if he could not do the job. I have not heard from them. One star is a little high, as their failure to return calls is rude and unprofessional.

We have used Kwik As a Wink Plumbing on several occasions over the last 3 years. Scott Sr. and Scott Jr. are a pleasure to deal with and their service and ethics speak for themselves!

We found ourselves in need of their expertise again last night (Friday, Dec. 4th, 2015) when my husband found we had a leak by our front door. My husband called at 5:43 pm and left a VM. By 5:52 pm, Scott Sr. was calling us back - and this is their usual, exceptional service!

He let us know he had an 8:00 am appt. on Saturday, but that he would swing by our house at 7:00 am to see where the leak was, and would be back at 10:00 to start working on it. One of the things we love about them is that they do what they say they will, when they say they will! This is a common courtesy lacking in a lot of companies!

True to his word, Scott Sr. was back at the house at 10:00 am and started working on the leak. When he had to leave to get parts, but had the leak down to a ""seep"", he left the water on for me so I could flush toilets, fill the dog's water bowl, water my plants, wash my hands, etc. I appreciated this since we hadn't had water in over 16 hours!! He came back, fixed the problem, and was on his way.

They are so fairly and reasonably priced, do great work, and are so trustworthy! Personally, my husband and I would not even consider using any other plumber for our FH home!

Highly recommend!

It's difficult to find a plumber who has experience with sewer ejector systems for hillside homes.

They quickly understood the problem, got the parts, did the work. Very pleased.
