all of the drains in my house we backing up into my laundry room and garage floor drains.
This company came out the same day and knew right away that the drain in my driveway was clogged.
Ther removed the cap snaked the drain, cleared the clog and showed me what they found.
I was given a quote before they started any work.
The clog was fixed within an hour.

I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Guy called me, seemed to have little idea of what plumbing fixtures are and miserable listening skills.

""I have a shower system that's leaking and I need it to be pulled and replaced with a simple shower head that I already have""

etc.

Asked to send him a photo to this number. His call was labeled ""spam risk"" so there was no number. I told him that, he had no idea what ""spam risk"" was, like he was calling from last century.

Sent him a photo, he replied to find someone else. Because he doesn't want to do routine plumbing?

They responded quickly and replaced my worn-out 1/2hp garbage disposal. Everything seems ok. Also, it was really nice to get the work done so speedy.

But now to the costs. $495. Ouch. And if that wasn't enough, they tacked on a service call charge of $60. I guess they call that inflation.

In the end, we were happy to get the work done so fast. But, seriously, it shouldn't cost so much.

Brought a guy in for an estimate for a couple minor things and was given an outrageous price to do the work. No paper work/ break down of how the money was going to be used nothing, then asked for an additional 60$ when it was supposed to be a ""free estimate"". Don't come here unless you want ripped off and want workers that come to your house to be rude and very unprofessional.

LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! They charged us to review a potential job and give us a quote on it, and then never called us back or returned to do the job. And they stained my carpet with no attempt at cleaning it.

I bought a house in Pleasant Hills 12 years ago. The house was built in the 50's so naturally things start to fail which included for me much of the plumbing. I found K-Plumbing when my first need came up and I have used their services ever since. I will not call anyone else and appreciate the work they have done for me over the years.

They were on time, their quote was straightforward, the work was done quickly and looks to be of very good quality. Overall made a stressful bad experience much less painful.

I am giving one star because 0 is not an option. I called Wednesday to get pricing for a dye test and made an appt for friday between 12-2. They were already more expensive but were able to do it the fastest. I guess I know why they had availability. I called at 2 when I hadn't heard from anyone and go no answer so I left a message. I had to call back at 3 after no one returned my call to talk to Rich? HE said he would get in touch with the tech and call me right back. I had to call him back at 4 to get an update because still no one could be bothered to call me. He then has the tech call me to tell me they got held up at the other job and weren't going to be able to make it and that they wouldn't be able to reschedule until Tuesday. Do your self a favor and find someone else. WORST customer service ever, I'm glad I didn't let them do the work.
