Great customer service! My upstairs toilet was clogged and after having no luck fixing it myself I called Kwaku Plumbing. Kwaku responded immediately to the call and was at my house about an hour after my call to fix the toilet. He was friendly, did the job quickly and at a reasonable cost. I have had plenty of repair companies take forever to respond or schedule appointments only to not show up. He also gave me a nice pen. I will definitely call Kwaku again if I need a plumber. I highly recommend this company.

Though I always hope for minimal to zero plumbing issues, Kwaku is 1st on my call list if any needs arise in the future. He was prompt and attentive and got the job done! His quote was also exponentially more cost-effective than 3 other plumbers that I reached out to. I've had a gas control valve on my water heater replaced before and I understand that it can be a tricky/sensitive fix. Before it was all said and done, I had to call Kwaku out 3 times to attend to the issue, but he was ALWAYS here in a super timely manner, he had a smile on his face and he tackled the issue and answered any questions, without attitude or conflict. He might have been spewing expletives into the atmosphere unseen or after my calls, but I never felt or sensed ANY irriation when we were face-to-face and I appreciate that, because some people in the service industry act like you don't have a plethora of options and aren't paying them for a service, when things don't go 100% according to plan. Kwakw was honest, attentive, responsive and timely and ultimately, we got my issue all taken care of - Kwaku is top shelf and a cut above!!

I would recommend him to ANYBODY!!!! He is very responsive and definitely will not price gouge you. He will only fix what is broken and not create or make up new stuff that isn't a problem. I called him and he showed up the very next morning on time and was done in less than an hour and I had 3 things for him to do. He fixed a whole toilet, an outside faucet, and leak coming out of the ceiling. I called him because the toilet wouldn't come on and he came all the way back and changed some part for free and it took him like 3 minutes. He's definitely my plumber from now on.

i was blown off by 3 other plumbers (roto router, snappy, & reliable) called kwaku. he showed up in the dark in a downpour on a saturday night. assessed the situation and handled it. very personable. knew what he was doing. the fee was about what i expected in the situation. found my new plumber.

Let's be honest, if you feel like you need a plumber it is most likely already a stressful situation. Most of us know nothing about plumbing so having to completely trust a stranger and hoping not to get ripped off just adds pressure to the torture of selecting one. Thank God for honest people though! Mr Kwaku is definitely someone you can call with no reservations or worry. I called him about my garbage disposal not working and he showed up in 30 to 45 mins. He assessed the situation and was able to fix it the same day. Prior to calling him I was scared because my neighbor had the same issue and I was not prepared to be charged what she told me she paid. Guess what??? Either she got ripped off and/or Mr Kwaku is a plumbing angel! He only charged me 1/4th of what she told me! After fixing he came back to my door and gifted me a pen I highly recommend this business and will only be calling him for any other issues!
