I went with 5 stars, but came close to knocking off a star due to the cost.

I had a shutoff valve to our washing machine break when I shut it off. I checked, and thought about getting the $40 part and doing it myself, as it seemed pretty easy. When I saw people online talking about getting a different sized washer, I figured I wanted a pro to do this.

Ken arrived in less than an hour (which I was very grateful for), had the part with him, got it installed quickly, and was really nice. He even hooked up the water hammer arrestor that I had been replacing (which I thought was going to require a service call to LG, as the threads on the washing machine were damaged).

The only reason I came close to giving just four stars was that I was charged $230 (and no breakdown of the price on the invoice), or close to $200 in labor for a ~15 minute job, for a company in town. But, I didn't ask about pricing before he came, and I think value shouldn't factor highly in ratings, so I kept it at 5 stars.

pathetic service. We called them for a toilet overflow and the guy couldn't identify the issue and charged us $200 dollars for not fixing anything at all.

Great service! Our heat went out, I called at 7:45am, they called back at 8am and had a technician at my house at 9:30, the heat was working within an hour. They had all of the parts needed on their truck. Highly recommend.

These guys are simply the best.

I recently had my kitchen countertops redone and called Ken to fix the plumbing job that goes along.
The entire project had several issues and delays like last minute delay in granite installation, in correct size of the hole, me having ordered wrong replacement parts (more than once) and very specific requirements of my RO system.
But Ken and Vinny were very patient and understanding of the issues all along. He came to my house promptly without any delays each time and did a perfect job finally without charging me much.

Lastly, the team comes well covered with regards to Covid safety and cleans up after the job.

Reached out through Yelp and got a response within an hour. The owner came by that morning to look at my project, and texted me an estimate within minutes of leaving my house. That afternoon the friendly crew was in my basement replacing my water heater. They worked efficiently and cleanly, and got me a heater with a lifetime warranty for a great price. Highly recommended!
