So refreshing! After 30 years in my home I finally found an honest plumber I can trust. Recent service included fixing our zone 2 heat switch, installing a bathroom faucet, and replacing a shower stall valve and spray head. The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. They offer free estimates unlike the ""big guys"" who charge you ~$100 to walk in your door and high rates so they can pay for their advertising budget.

I had a very positive experience with KW Plumbing & Heating. My boiler wasn't producing steam. They diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it just as fast. They were early to the appointment. $200 service call fee was appropriate for the nature of the outage and the urgency with which I needed my problem fixed. There was no high pressure sales, upgrade or maintenance contract talk. I would not hesitate to use KW P&H again and I would recommend them to a anyone that has HVAC problems that need fixing.

Ken came and replaced the kitchen faucet and installed a new valve to the sillcock. He did a good job and left no mess. His prices are always reasonable.

Excellent service and response. We've had the boiler issue for the past 2-3yrs and the guys we've been using just kept on telling us to replace various parts which never fixed the issue. Our boiler kept shutting itself off randomly and finally it stopped working all together. We tried a new service, called KW Plumbing. The response was immediate. Ken and his dad took the time to diagnose the problem by calling the manufacturer, had the correct part delivered and helped fixed the boiler within days. Two weeks later the boiler is still working perfectly and we are so relieved having reliable heat source for this coming winter. We have a Viessman brand boiler. I would recommend KW to anyone for Ken's perseverance.

Ken has done plumbing work for me for years. He shows up when he said he will. Is quick and efficient. They clean up after themselves as if they were never there.

From running gas lines to fixing outside facets to replacing toilets he is my guy.

I am in the service business for almost 60 years I know good service when I see it.. Ken gives outstanding service that he should be proud of. He is the only plumber I call when I need one.

I went with 5 stars, but came close to knocking off a star due to the cost.

I had a shutoff valve to our washing machine break when I shut it off. I checked, and thought about getting the $40 part and doing it myself, as it seemed pretty easy. When I saw people online talking about getting a different sized washer, I figured I wanted a pro to do this.

Ken arrived in less than an hour (which I was very grateful for), had the part with him, got it installed quickly, and was really nice. He even hooked up the water hammer arrestor that I had been replacing (which I thought was going to require a service call to LG, as the threads on the washing machine were damaged).

The only reason I came close to giving just four stars was that I was charged $230 (and no breakdown of the price on the invoice), or close to $200 in labor for a ~15 minute job, for a company in town. But, I didn't ask about pricing before he came, and I think value shouldn't factor highly in ratings, so I kept it at 5 stars.

pathetic service. We called them for a toilet overflow and the guy couldn't identify the issue and charged us $200 dollars for not fixing anything at all.
