I needed a response asap as there were 2 clogged sinks and so I reached out to Kuulei plumbing and he was prompt and professional. He was able to fix both drainages in the bathrooms in a timely manner. He arrived a few minutes early which is always a good thing. He got in there and after each sink he explained what he did or found that clogged the sinks. I am so pleased with his efficiency and I am already planning on booking him again for another job I need to get resolved. Mahalo Kuulei Plumbing!!!

My kitchen sink was backing up, then the garbage disposal was not working, then the pipe started leaking. Tim was very responsive and came by on the same day to give us a quote at no charge. He was able to fix the disposal without replacing the whole thing, removed the clog, and fixed the leak with PCV pipe. Fast response and reasonable price! Thank you Tim!

Quick response!! Needed toilet plumbing and valve to be repaired and Tim fixed it real quick. Water wasn't flowing at all and thankfully he solved the problem in less than an hour. Highly recommend!! Surprised this guy got good reviews. I wanted to support local so I went with him (especially after reading his reviews since I do take them into consideration). He responded quick with a decent quote and showed up the next morning to attempt to fix my bathroom sink leak and specifically told me he would change out my pop-up fixture. Shortly after he left, I ran the water and it was still leaking from the same places and the pop-up fixture broke again (which he did not replace). Prior to leaving my house he said that if any issues come up within 30 days, he will fix it free of charge. I notified him and 2 days later he came back. Again, he said he would replace the pop-up fixture, which he didn't, and after waiting 24 hours to run the water per his instructions, the sink was still leaking. Mind you, I had to push back my tenants move-in date twice because of this. I notified him again about it leaking, and he completely ghosted me. He did not respond or attempt to reach out to me. I waited the remainder of his 30-day policy before writing this review, thinking maybe he'd reach out. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
