Surprised this guy got good reviews. I wanted to support local so I went with him (especially after reading his reviews since I do take them into consideration). He responded quick with a decent quote and showed up the next morning to attempt to fix my bathroom sink leak and specifically told me he would change out my pop-up fixture. Shortly after he left, I ran the water and it was still leaking from the same places and the pop-up fixture broke again (which he did not replace). Prior to leaving my house he said that if any issues come up within 30 days, he will fix it free of charge. I notified him and 2 days later he came back. Again, he said he would replace the pop-up fixture, which he didn't, and after waiting 24 hours to run the water per his instructions, the sink was still leaking. Mind you, I had to push back my tenants move-in date twice because of this. I notified him again about it leaking, and he completely ghosted me. He did not respond or attempt to reach out to me. I waited the remainder of his 30-day policy before writing this review, thinking maybe he'd reach out. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Tim had the best price of all the plumbers I looked at. He completed the job of a clogging I had that went on for years. He also fixed a leak that was caused by another plumber with no extra charge. He deserves 10 stars.

Our toilet was apparently leaking into the unit below us. There was a build up of water from our toilet ring. I honestly have no clue when it comes to plumbing, so I hopped on Yelp and found Ku'ulei Plumbing and Drain Cleaning and sent a message. Timothy responded quickly! I gave him all the information I knew from what my condo's maintenance team had told me, he gave me a free quote over message (unlike most plumbing businesses who will charge you a $60 dispatch fee just to come to your place for a ""free"" quote). He was able to come out the next day and fix our toilet ring. Very quick, very responsive, I highly recommend!

Attempted to replace my kitchen sink but ran into several issues and it was unusable. Tim responded to my Yelp quote request immediately and was available the next morning. He troubleshot the issues and had it repaired right away. Efficient, friendly and inexpensive. Definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Called yesterday and they were able to come this morning. Fixed my leaking toilet and leaking bidet. I had spent hours trying to replace gasket, they put in a complete new set and it's now a much better set up that I can handle going forward. Nice guys, Tim's the owner and Cody assisted. Got a quote and responsiveness was quick and something was scheduled for today BUT after giving my contact info and location, he did not come to the address and did not contact me to let me know he could not make it out. I messaged on Yelp an hour after the appointment time and heard nothing. Very unprofessional, will be looking at other companies. I just wish he didn't waste my time as I could've hired someone else in the time I gave him.
