Surprised this guy got good reviews. I wanted to support local so I went with him (especially after reading his reviews since I do take them into consideration). He responded quick with a decent quote and showed up the next morning to attempt to fix my bathroom sink leak and specifically told me he would change out my pop-up fixture. Shortly after he left, I ran the water and it was still leaking from the same places and the pop-up fixture broke again (which he did not replace). Prior to leaving my house he said that if any issues come up within 30 days, he will fix it free of charge. I notified him and 2 days later he came back. Again, he said he would replace the pop-up fixture, which he didn't, and after waiting 24 hours to run the water per his instructions, the sink was still leaking. Mind you, I had to push back my tenants move-in date twice because of this. I notified him again about it leaking, and he completely ghosted me. He did not respond or attempt to reach out to me. I waited the remainder of his 30-day policy before writing this review, thinking maybe he'd reach out. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Clogged drain in shower and Ku'ulei Plumbing responded right away, quoted the lowest price and offered to clear the clog over the weekend at no extra charge even on a Sunday! Highly recommend Ku'ulei Plumbing for your clogged drains.

Attempted to replace my kitchen sink but ran into several issues and it was unusable. Tim responded to my Yelp quote request immediately and was available the next morning. He troubleshot the issues and had it repaired right away. Efficient, friendly and inexpensive. Definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Called yesterday and they were able to come this morning. Fixed my leaking toilet and leaking bidet. I had spent hours trying to replace gasket, they put in a complete new set and it's now a much better set up that I can handle going forward. Nice guys, Tim's the owner and Cody assisted. Highly recommend.

Our toilet was apparently leaking into the unit below us. There was a build up of water from our toilet ring. I honestly have no clue when it comes to plumbing, so I hopped on Yelp and found Ku'ulei Plumbing and Drain Cleaning and sent a message. Timothy responded quickly! I gave him all the information I knew from what my condo's maintenance team had told me, he gave me a free quote over message (unlike most plumbing businesses who will charge you a $60 dispatch fee just to come to your place for a ""free"" quote). He was able to come out the next day and fix our toilet ring. Very quick, very responsive, I highly recommend!

Look him Based on the reviews decided to give him a call scheduled with me and never showed up not even a phone call to cancel decided to look him up on the DCCA website he is not registered there decided to look up if he has a plumbing license he does not Checked all around for this business it is not accredited with the BBB I will be turning in a formal complaint and have this business investigated for unlicensed activity shame on you schedule waste peoples time this is not how you start a business You can only tell it's a new business because it's nowhere to be found.
