I had a broken shower controller with a house full of guests the day before New Year's Eve & despaired of finding anyone to even look at it. Doug was my 3rd call & actually answered it himself. He was able to fix it in about a 1/2 hour, saving me from a lot of shuffling people between bathrooms. His price was more than fair, too. Next time, he will be my first call!

Fantastic, honest, no nonsense plumber. I'm absolutely using him again. I called 5 top yelp plumbers this morning to fix two shower cartridges. Three got back to me. The first one to come charged $50 for the visit and quoted $700 to fix the two shower cartridges. That sounded too high to me, and the plumber seemed quite unsure of himself. I talked to Mr. Kuttruff and he said it would be $289. He was able to come within a few hours.

During the repair, he found I had broken part of the shower handle as well. He had to go get the part and fixed it at no extra charge. I would gladly have paid extra. He saved me over $400. He has my highest recommendation.

Yes, I am impressed. My previous plumber retired and moved to the wine country and sold his business to someone that was nowhere near as good. I connected the Doug Kuttruff this morning and he was able to come out and resolve the problem in less than 30 minutes. Forthright, honest and effect. I now have a new ""go to"" plumber.

Doug came out on a Sunday, very quickly, because I had broken a valve off under my bathroom sink. Although water wasn't gushing everywhere, it was enough that I had to put a big bowl under the sink and empty it a couple of times. He was professional, completely capable, and was in and out under an hour. Will definitely use his services again.

I've had Doug come out to the house a number of times. He's a quiet guy. Get's the job done quickly and does great work. He doesn't do big jobs such as rough plumbing--getting under houses, etc. But if you need fixtures replaced or quick drain fixes, call him. Awesome guy!

My regular plumber was not available, so I called these folks..so glad I did! He was able to come by in a couple of hours, and quickly fixed the waste/overflow in my bathtub. He also replaced a faucet handle in my other bathroom. I don't know whether or not the cost was within the norm, $108 for under 20 minutes work, but I considered it worth it for the quick response and professional service. I would not hesitate to call them again!

I asked a friend for recommendations for plumbers and she recommended Mr. Kuttruff. So I called Mr. Kuttruff about a leaky faucet. He arrived in about 20 minutes!!! and fixed it in literally 30 seconds. It's a tricky one too because we use Dishmaster and most plumbers never know what to do with it. We've had another problem that other plumbers couldn't fix and it's been driving my husband and I nuts for months. It's a weird, loud, piercing screech that happens when I do the laundry outside but can only be heard in one bathroom. It also sometimes comes on when you run other sinks. After about 30 seconds he figured out that not only was our toilet installed improperly (something called a ball and cock) but that also it was installed in such a way as to waste a lot of water. In a drought. I had no idea. He happened to have this part as well in his truck. Then he only charged $120 for both. I am so grateful and I will use him from now on.
