I don't know what else to say except that Mr. Kuttruff was there in my time of need and I truly appreciate him for that. He is straight to the point, and very fair. I was happy to have him help me. I had gotten a few calls from other agencies, but for some reason I really felt like I wanted to go with him, and I made the right choice. I did read some of the negative reviews and do you want to point out that his demeanor is not peppy, and I could see how he appears to be grumpy, but to be honest, that is what made me like him, because I felt like he was not going to try to upsell me or persuade me in any way. Initially we thought that the cost to be $125 however, when we found out the problem with much more serious, he was honest and told me I may need to have another company come out. In the end, he actually said he would give it a try, and it worked! I really thought that his ultimate price is reasonable, and he was really nice. Thanks so much for going above and beyond for me!

Mr Kuttruff has demonstrated all the good qualities you would hope for in his service. He has responded timely on calls, with a prompt reply and on-time arrival. He comes prepared to deal with repairs quickly, and his charges are very reasonable. We certainly recommend him based on our own experience over a number of years.

Kuttruff is our GoTo plumber. He fixes what is wrong not upgrades and adds on to his work. He is one of the best plumbers if you want your plumbing fixed, first time, every time. He just finished replacing some washers in old fixtures, opened a water line and replaced a toilet flush handle.
At no time did he suggest that we tear out the wall, tear out the pipes to put new faucets that don't stay repaired, and don't last. He shows up, on time and calls before. Service is what you get.

Doug was willing to come out on a Sunday night to help with a very leaky shower. He was able to turn off the water to the shower without affecting the rest of the house, something that I couldn't do with the tools I had. I ordered the part via a plumbing supply store back east using photos I took when taking the fixture off.

When the part came, Doug came back out and installed the cartridge in about 20 minutes. Works like a gem. He was clean, professional, understated, and above all, competent. With over 45 years working at his craft, he's seen everything and I can't recommend him highly enough whenever you have a plumbing issue. Thank you Doug!

Mr. Kuttruff is very efficient and honest. I have used his services several times and he is always timely and efficient. I'm writing this review because I had an emergency with my toilet that got clogged and had to call a different plumber. This plumber said he couldn't completely get the cup that was stuck in the toilet and that I needed to buy a new toilet for $800. I said no and then he said he had to leave after 40 minutes. This cost $250. I then called Mr. Kuttruff to come out and check everything because I was worried that the toilet would backup and he checked everything, snaked the toilet and 6ft of the drain and said it was all clear and put the correct flange on. Call Mr. Kuttruff for plumbing services, he will not try to up-sell you. I don't know how these other plumbers can sleep at night with their dishonesty and excessive charging.
