Doug was great! Called Kuttruff plumbing to fix a clogged kitchen sink/disposal...which he did quickly. While he was at the house, he also took a look at a couple slow drains in the bathrooms and shower and tightened up loose faucets on 4 different sinks!

I will definitely call him again if the need arises!

Found Doug on Yelp for a quick shower fix and he was a gem! I called, thinking since it was NOT an emergency, I would schedule something in the next few days. Now about an hour after I called him, my shower is fixed and working great. Definitely recommend!

After discovering a leak in our hot water line we called Doug Kutruff at 7:00 am this morning (a Saturday). By 8:25 am the problem was fixed and for a reasonable price. Doug has done work for us before -- a toilet exchange, blocked drains... -- and we have always been happy with his customer service, his work and with what he charges.

We had a problem the day after thanksgiving when the kitchen sink and garbage disposal started backing up into the bathtub in the bathroom two rooms over. Doug answered the call my wife made, and was at our house within an hour. He quickly figured out the problem and cleared up the clog we had in our sewer line. Excellent service, reasonable price - can't beat it!

house was leaking from inner walls connection to the water heater. i was in need of quick relief and checked yelp. he didnt have too many reviews, but all good so gave him a call - he picked up. explained the situation and he drove straight there and resolved everything within 45 minutes.

you cannot beat this service in this day and age. he is knowledgeable, quick and honest. wish there were more like him.

I just called Doug, on a whim, after reading these Yelp reviews. So glad I did! He was in the area and he came over immediately to look at my kitchen faucet, which had a drip leak from the spout. He replaced two cartridges, cleaned out my garbage disposal and was super professional and to the point, which is what I like. His rate was very fair and reasonable! I was going to call Mike Diamond - saw the horrible reviews - and googled for a Pasadena plumber. I did the research for you all so if you live in the local area and are in need of an excellent and fair plumber, this is your man!
