Over the years I have used Kurtz and paid them several thousands of dollars. They did work for me installing my kitchen sink and garbage disposal. After they left I noticed water under the sink, After insisting they return the owner came out and supposedly fixed the leak. Turns out they had no idea where it was leaking as the water returned again. I called again and Harriet was most unpleasant in trying to get them to come out again. Once they did the father discovered his son had not installed the garbage disposal correctly and that was the origin of the water. I told him I did not feel it right for me to pay for these visits as the job should have been done correctly the first time. He said OK but told me in no uncertain terms if it leaked again I was paying. Yesterday I called as I have a pipe leaking where the water enters the house. Harriet told me they were too busy to come out. The earliest appointment would be 3 weeks. It was easy to understand they did not want my business because I insisted the work they did months ago for me be done right the first time. BTW when you call you always get the answering machine and it takes Harriet hours to call back. I can only conclude that Kurtz Plumbing does not take pride in its work. Plenty of plumbers out there folks. Call anyone except Kurtz.

I was having an issue with my toilet and the wall valve. We had to turn the water off in the house. I called Kurtz and left several messages and they weren't returned, so when I saw their trucks across the street I asked him if he could come over and check which he was able to do. He was here only a few minutes and said he couldn't fix the toilet unless he jerry-rigged it and recommended we get a new one for $700. We said we'd think about it. We called another company and he fixed the toilet and replaced the wall valve for $211. Kurtz charged me $120 for looking.

John and his team came out to quote and then fix a plumbing problem for my mother who is 87 years old. One plumber who came and quoted the work said that it would cost over $4,000 to fix the issue in her bathroom. John was very respectful of my mother and took care of the problem and only charged her $500 for this work. He solved and fix the problem!! I can't say enough about how relieved and happy we are about how John treated my mother and solved the problem. Thanks John! And thanks to Kurtz Plumbing!

Extremely happy with their plumbing services. Garrett replaced our water heater on an emergency basis and then he came back with his dad, John, to do a full home re-pipe. They were timely, professional, courteous, and clean and we passed our county inspection with flying colors. And Sherry was a delight to work with for making appointments, prep advice, and follow-up. Called Kurtz Plumbing for a blockage in my main drain line, noe of my three toilets would flush properly. Called Kurzt at 10 am and my drian was cleared and back working by 1230 pm. They're Technician was knowledable, friendly, and explained in detail what he was doing and what I could do in the furtue to avoid any recurrances. I highly Recommend this Company.

I called Kurtz Plumbing very upset over a plumbing job another plumber did without totally fixing the problem. That plumber told me this is an old house and that as far as he was concerned the problem was fixed. A new diverter was not switching all the water flow from nozzle to shower. Shortly after I spoke with Sheri at the office the owner John called me back. He was in my area and could come over in 10 minutes. He evaluated the situation and told me what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. John came back with the ordered parts and fixed the problem. The parts he ordered were exactly what was needed. The finished job was done with speedy expertise John also did a few other things at my request. Caulked the tub and changed the showerhead at no additional cost. The total charge was the earlier quoted estimated charge. He also did a through cleanup of the area and then proceeded to wipe down where dust had settled included the floor. I can emphatically state if you need a professional and certified master plumber John Kurtz is the man you want.

We had a stopped up tub drain and called this company after a friend's recommendation. The tech arrived right on time, unplugged the drain and went on his way. We were pleased with everything except the price of $155.
