Kurt and his team have always done a great job at our house. We've hired him for several projects, and we're always treated fairly and with respect. He's a bit old school, so don't expect any fancy iPad presentations or special online user accounts to keep track of billing; he keeps it simple.

By far the worse customer service I've encountered. The receptionist is extremely rude and not helpful. Called to schedule to get an estimate and she speaks in a degrading and demeaning manner. If your name doesn't match the caller ID then she believes you don't own the own. This company does want your business and are happy to cancel your appointment if you disagree with her at any point or even question her. This is not an American company I would ever work with, don't spend your hard earned American money here.

I was very disappointed with them. We had used them once before and they were wonderful so when we needed a plumber we called them. My husband called to have something fixed and for them to call us back and we could set up a time. I work from home and was on a zoom call when the plumber just showed up...no phone call. I was on a zoom meeting and could not just stop what I was doing. I would not have made an appointment for the same time as a big meeting. I called the next day and the women I spoke to Shirly was very rude. She said it cost them $$$ to have him come out and that was an inconvenience for them! I reminded her that no one called to say when they were coming and she got very """"snooty"""" and want to know when it was CONVIENT for us. She was really rude and I told her that and that I was going elsewhere. I would never use them and NEVER recommend them. I am not a demanding person and could have made it another time or rearranged my schedule. If I could give them a minus star I would.

We've had them out here twice once in 2019 and again yesterday. The service man that came out were professional and polite and easy to deal with. The reception as you deal with on the phone Shirley is a nightmare! She's so rude and condescending. The three times I've had to talk to her she's been a bitch! She tells you one thing and then once you follow through with payments like she asked she doesn't follow through on her end and then gives you attitude on the phone! This place would be a lot better without her.

Last week I had issues with my garbage disposal... Kurt and his team are masters at plumbing... Very professional, courteous, friendly... Not only they fixed plumbing issues I had at my old house but Kurt took the time and honesty to give me recommendations how to fix or what to check for so He did not have to come and charge for trip... I will highly recommend him... Difficult to find master and honest in the same package... Thank you Kurt....
