We have a Septic tank that gets emptied Every 2 years, we have Kurt Bohmers's plumbing do this . They r quick to respond , very polite and very knowledgeable.

Quoted one price. Service guys came out and charged an extra $150 to do nothing. We paid them to essentially probe for our septic and leave when they found nothing. Never again calling them.

Waited on them for an hour and a half after our appointment window of 9-11am. First they couldn't get a hold of the technician then, when I called back I got hung up on. Once I called to cancel they were all of a sudden on their way because they had to pick up the hydro jetter knowing it was going to be needed for this job.

Communication is key in all businesses and they lack tremendously in that department.

I'm extremely pleased with Kurt Bohmer's plumbing. It was time to have a septic tank pumped and Bohmer's happened to have a time slot available the same day. Beau came out, right on time, and did a fabulous and professional job - he was extra careful driving the pumper truck around the house, patiently explained the workings of a septic system to my kids, and did a clean, thorough job throughout. I don't typically write reviews for service companies, but I thought Beau and Kurt Bohmer's deserved a public compliment.

Had a question about my water softener (purchased through another company) this morning and Steve went out of his way to help and explain how the softener worked and why I was having the issues I was having. We had a septic system problem over the weekend and tried calling every plumber/septic service company with an ""emergency"" number and left voice messages...except at Kurt Bohmer's plumbing. They answered their phone. I spoke to a real person who gathered the information about my problem then found the right ""off hours"" plumbers to address my problems. Jeorge responded quickly, arrived when he said he would, and did a great job pumping our septic tank and letting us know about problem areas. Danny was also quick to respond and snaked out our main line quickly. These guys are real professionals with the right equipment, the right skills and the right knowledge. While the service was pricey, it was not out of line for a weekend/after hours call. Great service and good value. I do most plumbing repairs myself, but Kur Bohmer will be the plumber I cann when I can't.
