I'm extremely pleased with Kurt Bohmer's plumbing. It was time to have a septic tank pumped and Bohmer's happened to have a time slot available the same day. Beau came out, right on time, and did a fabulous and professional job - he was extra careful driving the pumper truck around the house, patiently explained the workings of a septic system to my kids, and did a clean, thorough job throughout. I don't typically write reviews for service companies, but I thought Beau and Kurt Bohmer's deserved a public compliment.

Had a question about my water softener (purchased through another company) this morning and Steve went out of his way to help and explain how the softener worked and why I was having the issues I was having. He was very honest and told me where to buy the products I needed to save myself $$$ Thank you for taking your time this morning and your awesome customer service! seriously, why is it so hard to set an appointment an make it, got cancelled the first day (Monday) and rescheduled just to be cancelled without notice.

We had a septic system problem over the weekend and tried calling every plumber/septic service company with an ""emergency"" number and left voice messages...except at Kurt Bohmer's plumbing. They answered their phone. I spoke to a real person who gathered the information about my problem then found the right ""off hours"" plumbers to address my problems. Jeorge responded quickly, arrived when he said he would, and did a great job pumping our septic tank and letting us know about problem areas. Danny was also quick to respond and snaked out our main line quickly. These guys are real professionals with the right equipment, the right skills and the right knowledge. While the service was pricey, it was not out of line for a weekend/after hours call. Great service and good value. I do most plumbing repairs myself, but Kur Bohmer will be the plumber I cann when I can't.

I prefer to do things myself if I can. I dislike repairmen, strangers, and plumbers most of all. We found ourselves with a situation on a Friday and Bret Lemcke came through. His determination to see us happy made all the difference and we have to express gratitude for his professionalism, dedication and easy going manner. These guys have been lifesavers these past 2 weeks.
Hired a plumbing company(not them) to come figure out why my bathtub and toilet were backing up. Guy that came out didn't do his job correctly and just told me my septic tank is full and charged his fee.

Called Kurt's and they were able to see me that same day thankfully! Beau was AMAZING!!!! Not only did he ease my anxieties and worries about the septic possibly failing, but he was kind enough to give me a crash course on how septic tanks work.
After thoroughly emptying, cleaning, and ensuring all was well, I was informed that if any other issues arise shortly after, it will be the main line and to call that plumber back to do his job.

Fast forward not even 5 days later and my bathtub and toilet are at it again. Called the plumber back and informed him of the current situation and how I really needed him to come snake the main line as I had hired/payed him to do but was told that he would charge me again. Didnt want to deal with that so I decided to call Kurt's yet again.

This time Bret came out to service my main lines and was a trooper at handling the few problems that popped up. He was able to find a clog in the lines and took care of it all right away. Once again I was educated and informed that moving forward if anything else fails, then it'll be time to replace the septic and/or leech lines. Although it was really pricey compared to other service calls, it was well worth the price knowing the job was done right.

To say the least, when the time comes for that massive job, I will definitely be calling them back again.

My mom needed some work done in her kitchen and bathroom and I'm so happy that we called Kurt Bohmer. The customer service was great, Rick was very polite and helpful on the phone. Our technician, Bret was awesome. He knew what needed to be done and did the job with excellence. Bret was courteous, very professional and explained everything he was going to do before doing it. After he was done repairing something he would show us and go over what he did. He was friendly, well mannered and cleaned up after himself when the work was done. The price was fair and we didn't feel taken advantage of. If you go on their website there are coupons available to use for almost any job. I will definitely call this company again should I ever need any plumbing or drain work done in the future.

I had a double experience with this business. I had an awesome experience fixing inside plumbing, but a dishonest experience with emptying the sceptic tank.
The emptying was done only for the first tank and the second tank wasn't even touched. We started having problems, but when we called them they wanted to charge us $300 for doing the incomplete job. I believe it was dishonest to do so. We went with someone else...why reward them for dishonesty, right?
