I was replacing the faucet under my sink and noticed that the guy that installed the garbage disposal didn't hook it up right so the p trap was very loose. I bumped it with my shoulder and it literally came loose from the drain pipe in the wall. Turns out the last plumber I called put the compression fitting in the wrong place so the disposal guy never tightened down the pipe. When I turned on the new faucet, water drained into the wall void, under the floor, and out into my patio. I called Kunes plumbing because I wanted the job done right this time and they came on a friend's recommendation. Scott came out the very next morning on a weekend to assess the situation and give me a very reasonable estimate for cutting away my wall and installing a new waste arm stub out and re-securing the p trap. He came out a couple days later and did a very clean, correct job (I checked this time haha!) I was glad for the quick response--I had shut the water off so we wouldn't forget that it would drain into the wall void so it would've sucked to have to go a long time without water in the kitchen! I'm very happy to be able to use my new faucet without worrying about a leak in the wall due to shoddy workmanship. Highly recommend Kunes!
