Do not use this company. Had an appointment today which I took off of work for. Let the office know in advance that the roof was 20-25 feet high and confirmed they go this high to clear vent stacks. Actually double confirmed as 7 previous places I called do not go this high. Owner/receptionist confirmed again that they do this. Elvis shows up (no ladder) and states that they never go higher than 1 level. 2 min appt there and he left. Called the office and talked to the owner/receptionist. She stated that she's ""just a girl"" and doesn't know about these things. Then mentioned that I never said it was that high. Again, I mentioned it was mentioned twice. She then says some employees may go that high, but depends on comfort level. Well if you are the owner maybe send an employee that is willing to do the job that was explained over the phone? Basically, a waste of time and I'm out of luck now trying to find someone else after waiting a week for this appointment. I would recommend staying away and let them know this review would be posted on all platforms.

I have used many other plumbers before I found Kulks and I am so happy I did. They get to you very quickly and always show up on time if not earlier. They are professional and always know right away what the issue is. The best part if they are reasonable for their expertise. Others have tried to sell me contracts and up-sell the service call never to be heard from again. you cannot go wrong with Kulks.

We have used Kulk for several different plumbing needs. They have always been professional and courteous. They set up an appointment and come when they say or once when they were delayed at a previous job they called us and let us know. John explains our options and answers any additional questions. We have not had any issue with any of the work they have done and will continue to call them if the need arises.

The plumber, Rich, was very kind and personable. He also was willing to take his time explaining the job to me which showed me that he was quite knowledgeable.
He was effective and replaced my water tank in a timely fashion.

I was quite happy with the service just thought I should know how much I was going to pay, before the work was done.

Kulk Plumbing and Heating charged me $260 to replace a part that costs $19.99 and took 15 minutes to replace. Didn't even let me know I was getting screwed until the job was done!!

Peter from Kulks came to fix a leak under my sink. The appointment was for between 2-4 and he promptly arrived at 2. He fixed the leak quickly and efficiently. I will definitely call them again with any other plumbing issues

They installed a hot water storage tank for $1500.00 after the install the tank was leaking from the relief valve they did come back to the house to look at the pressure relief valve and said yes it is leaking due to my water pressure coming in from the street so the pressure reducer valve coming from the main has to be switched out that price was $475 I'm thinking when you get a professional they check all these things out before they installation for the Hot water storage tank another plumber here to install the pressure relief valve have perfect pressure coming into the house now and tank is still leaking from the pressure relief valve call them back and they said it would be need an expansion tank on the hot water storage tank another $475 I think that this is ridiculous this is
For $1500 for a hot water storage tank should be installed step-by-step checking the water pressure to begin with after so this way there's no surprises that's why they're called professionals and I'm not but I'm learning so far a hot water tanks has cost me close to $2000 now they want an additional $475 for the expansion tank for the hot water storage tank I think this is getting a pretty hefty price tag for storage tank installed by professionals
I was hoping for a professional company to stand by their product and their Craft and do the right thing for your customer the hot water is that tank might be defective But they refuse to exchange .
But bY me adding on expensive parts that could have been avoided with the install ...
Just make it right and do the right thing for your customer
If anybody calls his company please make sure up front with you with price and a warranty

By the way just wanted to tell the whole truth that they did come back and changed out the valve on the The tank that was on the storage tanK But forgot to put the cold water valve to refill the hot water tank on I had to do that I'll show you a picture so learn your lesson I can choose wisely who does work in your house
