Late for appointment, didn't have proper equipment. lied to us about pricing. had to negotiate when the job was completed, 5 day later then it should have been. They do not return calls. I would recommend that you find someone else for your plumbing needs. Worst service experience ever.

I called your company last week to set up a visit to get an estimate for a water softener installation. I was recommended to you by the manufacturer (Springwell Water) as a licensed installer. My appointment was today between 8a-10a. Between 9:30a & 10:30a I called Kulks 3x. Each time I got an answering service that could not tell me anything and was told I would get a call from the office to tell me when the Tech would arrive. At almost 11a I received a voice message telling me that my appointment was canceled. It says you do not install Springwell equipment. I scheduled the service because Springwell told me you were verified on their equipment. I told the scheduler this when I set up the service call. Kulks dropped the ball 3x.
1. If you're not certified with Springwell, why did you schedule the service?
2. Why did I not receive a phone call? I waited hours for the tech to show up.
3. Why don't you answer your phone? Why am I calling a 3rd party answering service and waiting hours for a response?

KULKS is not interested in the customer, they are interested in making their lives easier by outsourcing customer service.

Do not use this company. Had an appointment today which I took off of work for. Let the office know in advance that the roof was 20-25 feet high and confirmed they go this high to clear vent stacks. Actually double confirmed as 7 previous places I called do not go this high. Owner/receptionist confirmed again that they do this. Elvis shows up (no ladder) and states that they never go higher than 1 level. 2 min appt there and he left. Called the office and talked to the owner/receptionist. She stated that she's ""just a girl"" and doesn't know about these things. Then mentioned that I never said it was that high. Again, I mentioned it was mentioned twice. She then says some employees may go that high, but depends on comfort level. Well if you are the owner maybe send an employee that is willing to do the job that was explained over the phone? Basically, a waste of time and I'm out of luck now trying to find someone else after waiting a week for this appointment. I would recommend staying away and let them know this review would be posted on all platforms.

I have used many other plumbers before I found Kulks and I am so happy I did. They get to you very quickly and always show up on time if not earlier. They are professional and always know right away what the issue is. The best part if they are reasonable for their expertise. Others have tried to sell me contracts and up-sell the service call never to be heard from again. you cannot go wrong with Kulks.

We have used Kulk for several different plumbing needs. They have always been professional and courteous. They set up an appointment and come when they say or once when they were delayed at a previous job they called us and let us know. John explains our options and answers any additional questions. We have not had any issue with any of the work they have done and will continue to call them if the need arises.

The plumber, Rich, was very kind and personable. He also was willing to take his time explaining the job to me which showed me that he was quite knowledgeable.
He was effective and replaced my water tank in a timely fashion.
I will be using this service again, for sure.

I wrote a review yesterday regarding the price of the small job they did for me yesterday. Today, I received a phone call from them and they will be refunding me a portion of the payment.

I was quite happy with the service just thought I should know how much I was going to pay, before the work was done.

I appreciate a company who actually cares about their customers.

Kulk Plumbing and Heating charged me $260 to replace a part that costs $19.99 and took 15 minutes to replace. Didn't even let me know I was getting screwed until the job was done!!
Plass the Plumber, much more reasonable.
