John is a good guy - very fair and trustworthy. He replaced two toilets and crawled under my house in Pacific Grove to check on a sump pump to be sure it was working properly. He helped me find a contractor who would do some additional work that I needed done. I've used him before and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for any plumbing need.

Third plumber called on a Saturday. By then it was early evening. When John walked in, I somehow knew he would get it done. My wife was stressed by the recommendation from an earlier plumber that we would need to tear out the wall in our shower in order to fix our problem.
