Excellent customer service. I called because we discovered a leaky PVC pipe when CenterPoint Entergy came to turn on our gas. They wouldn't turn on the water heater until the water heater until the leaky pipe got fixed. I called KT Plumbing and the receptionist was very nice explained that they were on site at a commercial debacle, but would text when about 20 minutes away and if we happened to have stepped out to just text back to let them know when we'd be back. Rate was good and given to us before work started and job was completed within 30 minutes. Also received some great info about how soft water systems worked. Will definitely use KT Plumbing again and would recommend them!

Have used them twice now and both times they were very communicative on when they would be here. The plumber comes in a mask and booties and is very professional. I had a problem with my kitchen sink and then a few weeks later another issue with a leaky shower.. he fixed both without issue. Would recommend.

Worst service ever. We got a new toilet from Lowes and this people were in charge of the installation. The plumber had an "emergency" and was late. The installation did not take more than 30 min, he did not bother to clean up the floor and left. Told me not to use the new toilet for two hours, came back after that time just to realize the toilet cover was broken on one side. Emailed the company right away with a picture, after a few emails they told me the piece was broken from the factory and I have to deal with Lowes, them the plumber himself called me and said the piece was not broken when he left the house. So now I am a liar, just stay away.

I needed minor work to meet the inspection results prior to a sale. I listed as a project on Yelp and KT:

Responded within 10 minutes of the listing, provided a general estimate based on my summary request and confirmed an appointment based on my needs. All before any other company even answered the RFQ.

On the day of the appointment:

They arrived within the scheduled time (a little early even!!), provided an updated estimate after walking through the house. Wore all pandemic safety gear and shoe booties.

During the repair:

Complete the entire repair in the estimated time, final invoice was UNDER estimate and cleaned everything up.

They have a great online invoice system which send the invoice and payment options after the work is completed.

All in all a very professional team which I will use again and highly recommend.

We were getting a refrigerator installed and realized that water valve to the refrigerator was broken. Got on Yelp, and found KT plumbing who gave me a reasonable quote for the work but were also able to come out the same day. Kenneth was pure professional and a nice man who showed up on time, identified the problem and gave us a time frame. He installed/fixed the water valve under an hour. We highly recommend KT and we plan to use KT again for future plumbing projects.
