As a realtor I had recommended ""KT Construction - Tyler Fischer & Kimberly Smith. They worked on four different homes of various clients. His workmanship was good but near the end he quit returning phone calls and without settling up accounts and left the work unfinished. We haven't been able to track him down. We approached the home owner of 1802 N. Yates and KT Construction has never had any connection with that address according to the home owner. If you should cross paths with him please call me at 417-860-5437. I hope he is well but would appreciate settling up with my real estate clients. He was a nice guy but has dissapeared.
