Follow up. After changing from cooling to heating, I started to hear some popping sounds. I called Kaleb and he advised It's sounds like a duct expansion and contraction noise where the duct is popping out then popping back in. Kaleb stopped by and put in some metal strips on the duct work and turned down the fan. Like a charm there were no popping or banging noise. Kaleb I can't thank you enough.
I highly recommend KS heating and cooling. Professional, quick response to phone calls and emails and keeps you updated when he's going to arrive.

I was not home unfortunately and was not able to monitor the work of Kaleb and his son. But once my arrival back home I noticed some personal things missing. It's sad to make assumptions but they were the only ones in my room from the time I left to my return. All I have to say is watch your belonging.

I've used Kaleb for routine maintenance on my HVAC system and found him to be very professional, knowledgeable and honest. In addition, his service is very reasonably priced.

When our furnace stopped firing, I called him and he came when he said he would. He spent a couple hours troubleshooting a very intermittent problem with my furnace. It would fire 9 out of 10 times but that wasn't good enough. After consulting with some colleagues, Kaleb came back and made some adjustments, which seemed to address the problem. It's firing every time now and he didn't even charge me for the second visit. Who does that these days?

My furnace is 12 years old and is likely going to need replacing sooner than later but Kaleb has breathed some life back into it. When it's time to replace it, Kaleb will be my first call. I'm very pleased with his service!

I love dealing with individual owners as opposed to the 'biggies' and Kaleb is awesome! He won the bid for a new furnace and the service has been from start to finish outstanding!!! Had a minor hiccup on the new one and he was right there quickly on a very cold day. Very responsive, personable and reasonable, the whole package in a one man show!!!

Excellent response time and customer service - AND they saved us thousands of dollars! After getting zero response from several other companies and then told by two other companies we had to replace our air conditioner (one of the individuals didn't even come to the house and made that assessment) we wanted another opinion. Kaleb responded to our call immediately (on a Sunday no less) and came out to the house at the agreed-upon time, quickly assessed the issue, and fixed our A/C on the spot. He was extremely friendly, professional, and too reasonable - if that's a thing. Highly recommend KS!

We found a leak in our basement and had another company come to check it out. After they left us with a 15k repair estimate, I felt like we really needed a second opinion.

I called Kaleb and he told me that while my issue was not one he normally covered, he would be happy to come over and take a look and give us his opinion. He was over ten minutes later (guy interrupted his own lunch hour to help us) and was extremely generous with his knowledge and time.

I tried to pay Kaleb for his time and he refused payment, which was incredibly generous especially in these financially uncertain times.

I recommend calling Kaleb as your first and hopefully only point of contact for any heating/plumbing issues you may have.

Performance - Technician was quick to message back quickly to open up an earlier window of time for our convenience and went above and beyond to make conversation while he worked. He was able to provide the requested services in a quick and timely manner and was highly educated on the mechanical machinery.
