Showed Bob picture evidence of his installation cutting into drain lines in two different spots. His response ""I see the picture of the cut drain tile. I am sorry this was cut when the system was installed. Drain tiles do sometimes get cut with all irrigation installs. As hard as we try not to damage the drain tiles, there is no way to locate them as they are plastic."" He indicated he will not fix what his company damaged as it's in their contract (couldn't locate). Beware, since he claimed this happens, be ready to fork over more money for a landscaper to circle back and fix. Makes no sense that if you know you damaged something upon install, you wouldn't just fix it. Not good.

Talked to Sara and was told they do not service in Beecher, IL even thou we are the next town east of Peotone, I was told they would only service systmes north of Peotone.

He explained the new system and answered all my questions. He made everything easy for me to understand. This company hires the BEST and Brandon is proof of that.

We had Krupske install sprinklers last year. They taught us how to shut down and open if we wanted to do so ourselves. This spring we had them open and do the valve inspection required by Mokena. Technician wore a mask and was quick.in the house due to Covid precautions. Under warranty so adjusted spray in a few heads and took the time to be sure all are working. We like that the lines are self-draining. Good pricing and customer service.

Please be aware. I had Krupske install a sprinkling system on my property nearly 20 odd years ago. During the installation, unknowingly to me, the crew cut into my underground down spot extensions during the installation of the irrigation lines. Instead of all the rain water going onto my lawn, where it was supposed to go, some of the rain water was diverted through the newly formed hole in the extensions. Over the years a sink hole has developed in one spot and in two locations the sidewalk has dropped. And yet in others, the extensions became clogged and filled with mud from the collapsing dirt.
