I was rear ended by this company while the driver, Scott Jenkins, was texting. They do not have car insurance and have been refusing to get in touch with my insurance company for months to resolve the matter. If a company doesn't even have car insurance, I am curious what other illegal practices they participate in, and what damage they could do to their customers property without accountability.

This company is garbage. Does half assed shotty work. They dug up my uncles basement and just left huge piles of broken up concrete/dirt/mud all over the entire basement. Then they dug about a 15-20 ft deep hole out by the road and totally wrecked the yard with their machine. My uncle also watched the machine operator lower guys in and out of the hole with his machine claw, no trench protection anywhere on-site. When asked if that's a smart move, the operator said ""oh it's fine, I can tell when a ditch is going to collapse!"" Can't speak for the entire company, but the crew at my uncles were total clowns! Shame on the owners for putting young employees in very dangerous situations! The pile of dirt they left after they filled the 20ft deep hole was a small mountain! Call someone else for sure! My uncle was able to sneak a picture of the one guy working down in the hole I'll try to post on here so everyone can see just how unprofessional and foolish this crew was.

Scott came to re-review improper plumbing work done by another company and confirmed what we would need to do to have them correct it. He is the nicest guy -- so honest and was willing to camera the sewage pipes to see what the issue is. He gave advice on the proper fix that they should correct. (We Will See!) I wish we would have used them for our big plumbing job but definitely in the future!!! All plumbing companies should be as willing to help as they are!!
Thank you Scott!!

We were looking for someone to give us a quote on cleaning and repairing sewer lines. When I called Krupp Whitney, Tyler promptly returned my call and came out the same day. And we weren't ""just around the corner"" or in his neighborhood. He came from Pittsburgh to Rochester, Beaver County to meet with us and check out our issue. EXCEPTIONAL! He was professional, thorough, friendly, and very informative. It cost us $0 to have him view our sewer and drain lines and tell us what issues we were facing and what our options were. We then scheduled to have them come back to hydro-jet clean our lines. I don't know if there are enough positive adjectives to describe Josh and Mike, the two men who came out to clean our lines. They were absolutely AWESOME! Professional, knowledgeable, informative, understanding, respectful,... I could go on and on. They worked in the pouring rain. They tried all options to help us with old terra cotta lines filled with roots.. We had been quoted a price of $450 and that's what we were billed. And they were here for hours! They took time to answer and explain and guide us on the best way to deal with the situation we are facing. I happened to call Krupp Whitney by a fluke, actually you may want to call it a misdial. But now I know that it was meant to be ! I will ALWAYS trust my plumbing needs to Krupp Whitney. They are very reasonably priced, Honest, Knowledgeable and very professional. They are prompt and thorough. They are considerate and respectful of the property.
I HIGHLY recommend them, especially for sewer line camera scoping, cleaning, or lining. They are the BEST!!!! What a peace of mind to know I have a reliable plumber!!! Thank you, Krupp Whitney and especially.... Tyler, Josh and Mike. You guys are Fantastic!!!

They have been very good in times of emergency and don't try to ""invent"" issues to increase their bill. Highly recommend

We needed a plumber to fix our toilet as it wasn't flushing properly. Being new to the area, and driving passed this business several times we decided to use them after reading their mostly positive reviews. They answered the first time calling and were quick with scheduling and coming to the house that morning. They were able to fix the problem, but it ended up costing $350. The price seemed pretty steep to me, but I've never used a plumber before and have nothing to compare it to. I also wasn't given any kind of estimate before hand.

We selected K&W for a partial sewer replacement. All external to the home, about 40ft of pipe. Everything seemed to go well at first. The 'closer' who gave me the quote and seemingly managed the project was very nice and responsive prior to contract agreement.
The first day, and several other times throughout the project, they no-showed and didn't say anything about it. I had to call to see what was up.
The backhoe operator hit my power lines and the wire supports broke off of my house. They did handle getting it fixed with the utility.
Once the replacement was finally done, the inspector required them to rework part of the replacement pipe, which took about another week to get resolved. They still have not cut down my vent and cleanout caps (currently sticking about 3ft out of the ground). I'm tired of calling them to find out when they can come, so I'll have to finish this myself.
They also upsold me a hydrojet service, just to be able to inspect the connection to the main. They found additional parts of the line that needed attention, and offered to provide a quote for finishing the replacement to the main. This quote was never provided.
Overall, it seems like they do adequate work. The reason for the 2-star review is due to all the communication and scheduling issues, as well as the fact as the job was never completed and I was left hanging. Will not be using them again.

We first used KW Plumbing during our home inspection. The guy they sent wasn't able to perform the inspection because of a plastic pipe jutting out into the sewer. He was super courteous and explained everything. Then, two more guys came out to fix that problem and a leak in our bathroom. They were very communicative and both only charged us for what they needed to do, which was less than we originally thought. Will definitely use this company again as they seem honest and down to earth.

I selected Nathan and team at Krupp Whitney to replace my failed terracotta sewer line, which included approximately 60 linear feet of 6"" PVC replacement under my concrete driveway, along with the installation of a new house trap and clean outs per Allegheny County Health Department regulations. They were extremely responsive and professional with their work, and Nathan provided updates as to the progress of the work and what the next steps would be. Along with a professional product, they did the work at a significant cost savings compared to others. I would highly recommend Krupp Whitney, and would gladly use them again should the need arise.

Criminals. I paid $125 for someone to lie to me. The ""plumber"" told me that the part needed to fix my water heater would be $400 from the Supply Company. He stated that the entire assembly needed to be changed, not just the thermocouple. And, since the heater was 10 years old, he gave me a quote for $985 for a new one. After he left, my daughter called Rheem and was told that the issue was probably the thermocouple and that you did not have to get the entire assembly. My daughter called the Supply Company. The thermocouple was $52. The assembly was $129....that same part that the ""plumber"" said was $400. The thermocouple was ordered for $52, and I have hot water. This company cannot be trusted. They wanted me to spend either $400 on a unnecessary part, or almost $1000 on a new tank.
