Kitchen drain was so backed up with water that water flowed into dishwasher and out onto kitchen floor and living room floor. I called KRS Repiping and Plumbing and Jorge quickly answered and listened to my story, gave me several price range estimates, and disclosures that he couldn't be certain until he visually inspected the drain and kitchen sink. In short, he arrived then snaked both ends of the drain, and noticed the sink did not have an ""air gap"" (which explains why the dish washer basin has been flooding). It was nice to be able to pay him through Zelle app on my Samsung phone. My wife is going to happy to know her Hubbie can take of the kitchen. Thanks Jorge.

I'm knocking down one star for clean up. Jorge left all the old pipes under our house to let it dry. He said he'll be back to remove it. I hadn't thought about it until a few days ago when my hubby needed to go under the house to move our cable wire. We found all the old pipes still there. It's been over 4 months, so I think it's too late to ask him to come back.
