Add me to the list of happy customers. I've used them several times over the years. On routine matters (blockage, overflow, broken faucets or disposals....) they were prompt, fixed it right and charged a reasonable price. Same when I needed a new water heater. Then my furnace broke down in the middle of winter and I called the outfit that installed the furnace for the previous owner. They said they fixed it and it broke down two days later. Then they quoted an outrageous fee for a new one. Finally it occurred to my my plumber also did heating. They came right out. Quoted a much lower price for a new, energy efficient unit, and put it in right away. Plus never any high pressure. Always a pleasure to deal with.

These guys get the job done So Well... are so authentic and have such great stories, you really just want to have a beer with them when it's over.
I absolutely love these guys. Yes only one visit. Okay, I felt that way for first visit and had them back for a job wasn't sure was needed. They shine like the top of the Chrysler building. Recommended.

Completely unethical. 100% markup on parts. Doubled the labor costs. Provided NO upfront estimate. Never again. My fault for knowing the cost of parts and labor in my area and assuming it could never be double that amount.
