John and his assistant were great to work with. I hired them to rough in a bathroom to an external building. Even though this is an external garage remodel, they did everything to code and worked hard having to bust through the slab for waste lines and also outside the building for the pump. They were focused and took care of the property as he navigated the minefield of sprinkler lines to tap into the septic line.

Would have rated 0 starts if I could. Terrible customer service. Do not use Kroeger Plumbing, the owner John is incredibly rude and impatient. We used Kroeger for a Cross Connection Test and were extremely disappointed. Even before John sent us his W-9 so we could process his payment, John was already threatening legal action against us and stated multiple times he would file a Lis Pendes on our property. Bottom line, I would highly recommend you search for another company for you plumbing needs.
