Let me start by saying that NO ONE likes to have to call a plumber. But if you have to call one, these are the ones to call! From the start the staff that scheduled my appointment were very attentive and scheduled a visit the same day. The plumber that provided my service was Gillian. Absolutely profession from the knock on the door. He introduced himself as we expressed he explained each step in detail and made sure that I understood my options. He was kind enough to work on Saturday so that my problem did not continue through the weekend. The problem was resolved quickly and professionally. I still don't like to have to call a plumber, but if I have to, then Krise Services will be the call that I make and Gillian will be the plumber that request specifically. Thanks for providing professional, prompt and effective service! Great job Gil!

Drip pan in attic under unit overflowed and leaked throughout house. Krise came out and said I needed a new compressor. Then another Krise employee came out and said compressor was fine and that it was a fluke thing that happened. 3 weeks later it happened again causing damage to our bathroom ceiling. Professor Gatsby came out and diagnosed it as a clogged condensate line. Replaced it and added an extra sensor just to be safe. Will never use Krise again.

I think the firm has gotten too big too fast and is not as helpful in the past.
Particularly troublesome was failure to respond to queries about the not inexpensive work

Had them come in to wire two rooms for lighting/ceiling fans as well as putting an outlet over my fireplace for a TV. The guys were great! They worked efficiently, communicated well, and went above my expectations to make sure it's all perfect. The pricing was extremely fair and the time from agreement to work was 2 days.

I called 3 electricians and they were the only ones that showed up (on time too!) for the estimate. Dave walked me through everything and was extremely knowledgeable. The job was done by TJ and Peter and they were fast, friendly, professional, and courteous. The estimate matched the bill 100%, so there were no surprises. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They have come out several times. I have been happy each time. Prompt. professional. Fair priced. They don't cut corners, they do it right. They explain options if there are any. Only had one person that was very quiet and not sociable, but he still knew what he was doing.
