They were GREAT with us. We got a heat pump and they had it installed in two days up and working great! It's finally nice and cool in our house, and I can't wait until cool weather to see how the heat works. The first day it was pouring rain and they were in and out of the house getting supplies and not one complaint did we hear from them. Adam was the one who sold it to us and he was very polite and answered all of my questions via email and in person. His son was such a polite young man and is a wonderful asset to the now and one day he's going to run that place, and other adult men did great work. Thank you, we really appreciate your politeness and how hard all three of you worked for those two days. If we have any problems going forward I'll post again.
I paid for thier service when the technician was here at my house now they are saying I didn't pay them now they have put a mechanics lien on my house and they have been rude and accused my son of lying about paying them when I was home and sent him outside to pay them
If there was a negative rating, I would be using it for this company! We live in an apartment in which Kraus bid for as a subcontractor. Our AC/heating went out in Sept. and needed a part which was under warranty. Now it is March of the following year and we still don't have AC or heat. Poor, poor, poor service. I don't care what their excuse is; that is unacceptable!
Kris R.If there was a zero star rating that's what I would give. Made an appointment & they were a no show. No phone call, nothing. I don't think their cutesy commercials are going to pay for themselves but don't bother calling them unless you have an entire day to waste!
Installation took several months due to supplier issues and scheduling conflicts. Appear to be taking in too much work. Required follow up visits for next 6 months to fix leaking ductwork, noise issues and workmanship concerns. Been waiting 10+ months for a compressor blanket for the noisy outdoor Lennox unit. Installed one on the wrong unit this spring
Owes us $800 as they failed to submit the Alliant rebate before he deadline. Had 4 months to complete the paperwork but they mailed it in 11 months after the installation, 7 months too late. Have not responded to phone messages, text or email for 2 months.
Have worked with 5 other local contractors. Only 1 other has been this bad. They went out of business a couple years ago.
