wish i'd have known about Lee years ago. he's now the go-to guy for any plumbing or snake requirements. and he has experience with eichlers.

i'm not sure if he works odd hours, so a saturday midnight backup may still require a call to roto rooter. but Lee will be the first call anytime in the future.

I am giving Lee Kratzer only 5 stars because the system does not allow me to give him more.
Eventhough Lee generally does not work on week-ends, he came on a Saturday, exactly at the time he said.
He took care of replacing a leaking valve, replaced 2 toilet assemblies and took care of a couple minor issues in less time than I would have ever expected and that he originally quoted me. On top of it all, he is very clean and his work is spotless.
I have had my share of bad experience with incompetent and dishonest plumbers. Lee was a true professional. He has my business for ever.

Called Abco after another plumbing company let me down.
Lee showed up when he said he would, was easy to talk to (both for me to describe the problem and for him to explain the fix to me), and it cost what he estimated it would cost.

Lee also knew about houses specific to this area (Eichler, anyone?), which was a huge bonus.

I will definitely call Abco the next time I have a plumbing issue. As another reviewer said, who knew that hiring a plumber could be this easy, straightforward, and inexpensive?

Lee diagnosed the problem promptly, went out of his way to find the easiest way to resolve it, and charged us for only one hour of his time. And all on a Sunday afternoon, no less. I couldn't be more thrilled.

Thank you Lee. You made what could have been a real downer of a weekend into something else entirely.

Our home had an ongoing leak in the backyard that ended up being a small fix. Lee came by and saw that we just needed the hose valve replaced and changed it within 15 min. Great price for the work, too! Highly recommend his work for future plumbing issues!

I panicked when I saw my water heater spouting water everywhere! A friend recommended Kratzer. I called and they came within the hour. I was expecting to replace the whole water heater, but it was just a small pipe that needed to be replaced. Lee was fast and professional, and also talked me through the different options I'll need to consider when the time does come to replace the water heater. I'll definitely be calling them for all my plumbing jobs.

Very friendly service, did great work on a project that stumped my husband, and turned out to be less expensive than I'd expected. I've used some big name plumbing services before and always felt I was being ripped off, but Lee seems very honest with reasonable pricing. His colleague came later in the day to finish the job (the faucet I'd bought was the wrong size so I had to get a different one before they could finish) and he realized he needed a part, and did not charge for the travel time to the supply store which I appreciated. I'll call them again for sure!
