They are rip off artists! They sent two guys to look at my Mom's garbage disposal. They get $80 an hour per guy. They were at the house less than an hour and charged her $150! The one guy called into the office to see what they were supposed to charge! They didn't even provide her an invoice. Shysters! I called and talked to Bill Kranz as to why the bill was $70 more than it should have been and he explained that it is 20 minutes each way to her house! So they charge travel time and do not disclose it!!! RIDICULOUS!!
NEVER EVER USE THEM!
