Honestly, had the best experience with Wes. I'm new to the area and haven't had any experience with local plumbers. I contacted Wes about a clogged sink and he was not only great about responding to my inquiry quickly, he worked with our schedule and fit us in his with no issue.

60 feet of cable/snake later, we had a potentially bigger issue than initially anticipated. We weren't able to resolve it that day BUT Wes gave us troubleshooting tips for that evening to see if it would work before potentially needing a more expensive solution...it worked! Not only that, he didn't charge us for the HOUR that they were out here trying to snake our drain. Super honest, knowledgeable/helpful and genuinely nice guy. Never felt like he was upselling us on any services and he even let us know we could contact him for a consult/tips on a different plumbing issue we were going to address ourselves, free of charge. I had a crisis, I had all of my kids and their significant others coming home for the holidays, we were having a big Christmas party with over 40 guests coming this weekend and my hot water heater broke down! I called Kramer's Plumbing in Placentia and Wes immediately responded and was able to diagnose the problem and told me that the parts I needed were under warranty and how to go about getting the parts I needed for no cost. He was able to get me up and running in no time at all. I have used Kramer's Plumbing before, and they are always extremely professional, courteous, efficient and very fair with their prices.

I called Wes a few days ago about a leaking sink and toilet in the guest bathroom. Knowing it was close to Christmas I wasn't sure he could fit me in this busy time of the year. He was! Daniel came after I got home from work today and did an excellent job! No more leaks and he left the bathroom in tip top shape. (and I am picky)

Luckily I don't need a plumber very often, but I have used Kramer's Plumbing when the need arises. However, this time I had what turned out to be a big issue and Wes and Kramer's plumbing came to the rescue in a big way.

Out of the blue, after flushing a toilet and the water not going down, waste water started coming out of the bathtub drain next to the toilet. Some of my drains have always been a little slow, but this was the first time this had ever happened. It was mid-afternoon and I immediately called Kramer's Plumbing. They were busy and couldn't come until the following morning but I was in a mini-panic not being able to use the toilet or any drains. I called a few places and finally found one of the larger chain plumbers that could come out within the next few hours. I have lived in my house for over 30 years and the former owner did a room addition and unfortunately covered up the clear-out pipe. They wanted to charge me almost $800 to temporarily remove the toilet and snake down the toilet drain hole and there would be an additional fee to put a camera down the drain. This seemed like an insane amount of money for that job and there was no guarantee that would even fix the problem. I quickly texted Wes at Kramer's Plumbing and he said he would do the same thing for $400. I paid the $90 visit fee and sent the big chain plumber on his way and was happy to wait overnight for somebody who was not trying to rip me off and that I had good experiences with in the past.

Wes and a co-worker arrived the next morning as promised and had the toilet removed and snake going down the drain in no time. He also put his camera down the drain, for no additional charge, to see what it looked like down there. He was able to clear out a blockage but there were various uneven main line offsets and quite a bit of roots so there were obviously cracks and/or breaks. He said I could get by with the work he did to clear out the blockages, but it would likely come back and probably get worse over time. He recommended putting in a two-way clearout out front which I agreed was the right course of action. After digging almost five feet down, thankfully in a dirt planter, to put in the two-way clearout a new camera inspection revealed definite breaks in the main drain line to the street and another major blockage. I agreed we should put in a liner to repair the main drain line. They ended up having to dig another five foot hole in order to access a main line Y-connection which split off to another part of the house for no extra charge. That segment of main drain line also had breaks and roots and they it lined as well. The lining comes with a 30 year warranty and it is nice to know I will never have to worry about this problem again.

I am positive that the big chain plumber would have charged me $20k+ for the same job and Wes and Kramer's Plumbing did it for less than half of that price. They were here for several days and were a joy to interact with, just really good people. When Wes came back a few days later for payment, he wasn't happy that the job wasn't left 100% dirt free and he pressure sprayed off my front patio and walkway to make sure everything was left pristine.

If you need a plumber who cares about their customers more than their wallet, this is definitely the place to call. Good people!

Ask me about plumbing issues and I'll refer you to Kramer plumbing. Thought it was a slab leak but Wes quickly identified it was a different issue. On time, thorough, and a complete professional. Home maintenance is a pain in the rear but he's now my go to pro from now on. Thank you Wendi for introducing our household to his service.

Wes and Daniel are the best. We are SO grateful a friend recommended them. Another plumber came to look at a leak and claimed we had a slab leak. He quoted $20k for a fix. Restoration company opened the wall for us and Wes came by to check it out. He found the small pinhole leak and Daniel plugged it shortly after. We were able to pay cash as the fee was extremely reasonable. We can't believe the difference in service between these amazing guys and the guy who tried to swindle us. Go with Kramer's Plumbing! They are honest and will get the job done.

Wish I could give 10 stars! Wesley sent Daniel out to save us twice in the last 3 weeks. The first time, we thought we had a leaking supply line behind our shower wall. Turned out to be a cracked drain line! They fixed it in about 30 minutes, and left the bathroom cleaner then when he arrived!

The 2nd visit was yesterday. We had a clogged drain, which was backing up in our shower, and 2 toilets wouldn't flush. Daniel came out, and had the job done in 20 minutes!

They are fast, honest, friendly, have great pricing, and do not try to sell you on more than what's needed. I won't call anyone else again!!

He saved me more than half of a competitor's quote to remove, purchase, and replace a water heater.
For someone who is tight on money or in some debt, that is a huge relief and life saver!
