After a few quotes and visits by fb recommended plumbers I reached out to Wayne and he came the same day after his last appointment. I wish he had been my first call. I have hired Wayne several times to do plumbing work and also clogged up kitchen sink. I have serval rental properties as well that he has worked on. He also the plumber that my mom now uses as well as my brother. He always comes through for us and his prices are very reasonable. He good at clogges, installing bathroom fixtures, garbage disposals, tree roots and installing new toilets.

I called Kramer Plumbing at 10:30 AM and Wayne Kramer came later in the afternoon and completed the job before 5 PM. He replaced the water pressure regulator and the hose bib with upgraded materials. He gave me a one year parts and labor warranty. He charged me $350. The old regulator was squealing so loud any time the water was running in the house it sounded like a burglar alarm. Now, I don't have to worry about scaring the neighbors, and I have a solid installation. Wayne said that the new regulator should last at least 10 years. The old one was not made of long lasting material. So, try Kramer Plumbing next time you need a plumber.
