Called Kramer Plumbing to get a quote on my pressure regulator as we were already told by a different plumber that it needed to be replaced. Wayne came in and decided to check everything all over again. He adjusted the pressure regulator (a simpler adjustment) and that was the problem. Water pressure is so much better and didn't have to spend $300-400 to instal a new one.

Wayne was completely honest with me and told me that the regulator was fine and just needed an adjustment. Checked sinks and showers after adjustment and all is working great.

If you need a plumber, I highly recommend Wayne at Kramer Plumbing!

He also the plumber that my mom now uses as well as my brother. He always comes through for us and his prices are very reasonable. I called Kramer Plumbing at 10:30 AM and Wayne Kramer came later in the afternoon and completed the job before 5 PM. He replaced the water pressure regulator and the hose bib with upgraded materials. He gave me a one year parts and labor warranty. He charged me $350. The old regulator was squealing so loud any time the water was running in the house it sounded like a burglar alarm. Now, I don't have to worry about scaring the neighbors, and I have a solid installation. Wayne said that the new regulator should last at least 10 years. The old one was not made of long lasting material. So, try Kramer Plumbing next time you need a plumber.
