I'm the third generation to use Krall Plumbing for plumbing projects. From my crabby ol' grandpa to my parents to my husband and I, Don and Brian have been able to take good care of us.

Krall Plumbing has been able to install new hot water heaters, fix our sinks, replace our toilets, fix our leaking toilet, and fix our bathtub for us over the years. Yeah, we've kept them busy in five different houses....

Don doesn't have the most friendly phone voice, but he's straightforward, honest (sometimes brutally), and affordable when it comes to his services. He says Brian or he will be there when he says he will. They offer good quality products and stands behind their work.

Their clean up isn't always 5 stars, but I'll happily mop or vaccum after they leave as long as my plumbing work is done and done right. I would recommend their services to others.

I hired Krall Plumbing to work on my rental property that was leaking water from the ceiling in the basement. The plumber removed the toilet to see if it was leaking and replaced it. In the process the plumber cracked multiple tiles. Krall Plumbing refuses to take responsibility and take accountability for damages they caused. I would go elsewhere for plumbing work because they are not an honest business.

Had a new hot water heater installed today from Krall. Very fast work and reasonable prices. Polite and efficient. Very happy! :)
