Kraai Well Drilling (pronounced ""cry"") is a locally-owned pump service company with more than 50 years of expertise in Michigan water well services, water treatment and water conditioning. Our main objective is to providing top-notch results and superior service to ensure the complete contentment of every customer. The foundation to our growth lies in the talented team at Kraai Water Solutions. Many of our employees have been part of our family for over half a decade, and some are part of Kraai Well Drilling for nearly three decades. Kraai is committed to delivering superior service that is guaranteed.
Our owner, Chad Kraai served with the company during the warm seasons and weekend hours until completing his degree in 1992. After a short instructional and coaching position, he returned to the company full-time in the mid-'90s. Chad passed his license for well drilling in the early '90s, identified as #2403. He completed his training in water treatment in 2002, further training in water treatment in 2007 with Water-Right, and secured his Florida Ground Water license with license number 9399 in 2007. As a third-generation, Chad anticipates continuing the family tradition of excellence in service.
Chad and his partner, Jessica acquired the business in 2015. They both look forward to providing the quality service that Kraai Well Drilling is recognized for.

Our pump turned out to have some issues and they replaced it at no cost well over a year of having the well put in. Even better, they had it done within a few hours of me calling in that our water was out. Keep in mind this is on the coldest day of the year so far so these guys were very busy. Call with confidence, these guys are good and honorable.

Erin B.The technicians are great. Very knowledgeable and quick. Our well pump went out on a Wednesday. Came out, cant fix it, need a new well drilled to install a submersible pump. Picked their quote because they said they could be out Monday, even though it was $600 over our lowest quote. No call no show Monday. After no communication on Tuesday morning, had to call ourselves to find out what happened, owner Chad gave a bunch of excuses, employees on vacation, the permit we pulled wasn't fast enough for them (delivered Friday before), no well drillers. They came out Wednesday, we had to call to confirm they were at our house, had it done in a day. We asked for a larger 3/4 pump, was quoted would be $150 more (again higher that all others), billed for $300 more, they did adjust this on our final invoice for us. when pump was installed, installed the 1/2 horse pump. Techs at our house were not told to install a larger pump. They came out the next day (Thursday a week after losing water) and installed the correct pump. They advertise they have equipment so that you don't have to worry about ruts in your yard, but I think they left those at the shop. I have a terribly torn up yard, broken tree limbs, damaged sidewalk cement all for $600 extra. The technicians they sent to our home each time were wonderful. Dealing with Chad was a joke. No responsibility or integrity. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Patrick S.Everyone I experienced was extremely professional. They are competitive in the market, but what sold me was the years of experience and Chad explaining the value of picking Kraai. I talked with my Realtor Brett Zabavski, he reinforced my decision with out me mentioning Kraai he said ""I would call Kraai Well Drilling if you are having issues with your water. "" So we lived in our home for a year or so and the pump was going out, ended up having a hole in our downpipe. Kraai came out and I could not be happier. Great Service, priced competitively, very professional (took off shoes when entering home, greeted me with a handshake), provided quote for a worst case scenario and then adjusted to fix what needed to be fixed. If you are experiencing problems with your water pressure, such as short cycles, water hammer or pump runs continuously give Kraai Welling Drilling a call.
