Robert and his crew came out to my home for a gas leak that had been noted by the gas company. Robert was able to fit me in to his busy schedule on a Monday. Roberts team help me get my gas back by quickly pressure testing the system and caping an extra gas line I did not use. Robert is a honest and fair price guy. I would recommend him for any plumbing issues. Team was also mindful of the home and appeared clean when coming over.

Robert and his crew were really cool and professional. Initially, we got an estimate from another plumber with equal high ratings but more reviews, but the quote seemed really high and they wanted to do a lot of work on a leaky bathtub. We called Robert and he told us it was actually a simple job, did it for way, way cheaper and it's working great. Can't get better than that.

This plumbing company is exceptionally unreliable. They do not arrive on time. The owner of this business, Robert, did not arrive on time and instead of apologizing for his late arrival he became quite aggressive. Last year we overlooked his late arrival and his poor workmanship. He is unprofessional and has a bad attitude. He is a rude man and thinks that the world owes him something. He does not know how to treat his clients. I am quite surprised by the high rating he has got. Perhaps we have got used to bad service.

Woke up to a leak called K&R spoke to Crystal and from the beginning I received 5 star service.She explained they were down the street and were here ASAP. I was quite impressed with the communication and response time but it didn't stop there. Robert and Jim came out and they were very thorough in there diagnostic approach and were equipped to pinpoint the problem which was burst pipe in the wall. They conducted the repairs very quickly and even referred me to a company to resolve my water damage. I must say I deal with customers myself in a service industry and I know what Great Customer Service looks like and K and R and every person from the company was top notch,professional,trustworthy and competitively priced.Thank you for you help.

Hire an experienced plumber or an 18 YO kid that just learned how to use a drain snake and works for a franchise drain service ?...your choice. My vote goes to the experienced plumber. K and R has done work on our home three times now from a simple drain clean outs, to servicing our tankless water heater, and recently responding after hours when a shower valve broke and the hot water run could not be stopped. Awesome. Don't call the 800 number you hear on the radio and instead call the local EXPERIENCED journeyman plumber who relies on word of mouth for new customers.

I've called these guys NUMEROUS times during business hours over the past year. They never answer and they never return my messages. Do they want business? Seems like they do good work based on other reviews, but my neighbors and I will never know because they don't return calls. What gives?

I can highly recommend K & R plumbing. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest and reasonable. I had a urgent issue with my sewer line backing up and he was here to fix my problem within an hour. I can highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. I will be using again if I ever have any plumbing problems!

Hired K&R to install a new Noritz tankless water heater. It was installed beautifully, but then a few days after I noticed the unit was making a loud humming noise. It took many back and forth calls to K&R--- that's something they could improve on, this is just honest feedback ---

Here's the good part... turns out it was a manufacturers defect, Robert got Noritz to ship out a new motor, quick installation and now the unit is running perfect.

***Here's an example of a business sticking to their service commitment. They could have easily dodged this and just sent me to Noritz, but they DIDNT and although I was a pain in the ass calling all the time, they eventually took care of something that wasn't their fault to begin with***

Great honest family owned business, I'm a customer for life now
