Absolutely amazing service. Kevin came by to assess the issue same-day that I requested, and he was immediately able to identify where the ceiling leak was originating with his thermal imaging device free of charge. He gave me a quick tip for immediate mitigation and a rough low/high price estimate. I scheduled a future appointment for him to actually come and fix the issue, and on the day of the appointment Kevin promptly fixed the issue while being completely transparent and informative about everything that was going on. ).

Upon work completion, I was charged at the lowest price that he had estimated. With my new understanding of how everything works and this leak fixed I probably won't need to call him back anytime soon, but I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone who has a plumbing or leak issue.

Our Kraus faucet needed a replacement cartridge and, for the life of me, I wasn't able to remove the top cylinder to access the old parts. WD-40, a wrench, I tried everything...Called Kevin today, and BOOM done in less than 20 minutes. He went out of his way to come by same day, and was extremely professional, efficient, courteous, informative and helpful.

Called for a leak detection and after a couple tries with different tools he confirmed where the leak was coming from.
