Call Kenvin back for another issue with the sewer pipe that is blocked by the tree roots. Kevin clear the sewer and put a liner in to prevent the root from blocking the sewer. Also, he put another cleanout in the sewer as per the code. He is very easy to communicate with and explains exactly what he is going to do and there is no surprise at the end of the day.

I had a leak somewhere in my irrigation but I couldn't locate where exactly. Kevin was very easy to communicate with and schedule. I got a text that he was on his way and it even had live tracking showing how far away he was and provided an ETA.

He was very knowledgeable and explained what he would do to locate the leak and provided options I had concerning future issues. He was able to isolate where the leak was and instead of looking for an opportunity to make quick/easy money, he advised me to have my Gardner or an irrigation company do the work as it would be less expensive. He volunteered to do the work, but it was very kind of him to recommend a cheaper alternative. He explained how I would benefit from a pressure regulator for my irrigation system and quoted me a price, he also advised me that if I were to go with another company or my Gardner, to ensure that it didn't cost above a certain amount. My entire interaction with him was exceptional from start to finish. You can tell he really cares about his customers and takes pride in his work/business.

For the level of customer service, experience, knowledge, and results, his pricing is extremely reasonable.

I could tell he was looking for avenues to save me money. At the same time he recommended work that would be beneficial in the long term so I wasn't throwing money to put a band aid as a temporary fix. He was never pushy or gave the impression he was trying to upsell me for something I didn't need.

He is quick to share important information and tips with you especially if it's something you can handle in the future. He explained every step he was taking and helped me understand what the tools he was using were showing. Never once did I feel left in the dark or that I was unsure of what was going on.

FYI. He does have the special equipment for leak detection (probe and listening device). With his listening device, he can hear my music, tv, and talking that was happening in the house. So if you fart I'm sure he can hear it. Haha Most irrigation specialists I contacted when I was initially looking to schedule this work did not have the right equipment.

When we had our new washer & dryer scheduled to be installed, the installers were not able to do so because of the frozen faucet. This meant we needed to get them replaced before we could reschedule having them installed.

We contacted KP for a quote via yelp and he responded right away and even asked for a picture since he was at the store so he could pick up the parts.
He was able to come that afternoon and installed it right away. Very clean work.

Definitely satisfied with the responsiveness, pricing, work accomplished and service of this business.

Not all places that are 5 stars deserve it, but this one does! I only wish all home services business could be the same!

We had some issues with our toilet. As an afterschool program for children, it's constantly being used. Kevin came out the next day and fixed it immediately. Timely and courteous--we even received updates on ETA. Highly recommend!
