Kirk and his team set up a new water heater for us and all seemed good, but within a day we noticed it not heating properly. Kirk and his team had to come back twice to get it proper. Was thankful they worked with us till it was fixed and not brush us off. Would definitely recommend them.

Called because we did not want to use Pauls Plumbing due to them not being trusted about heir pricing. Kirk told me the service would be around $275.00 and no more that $300.00. They worked on the system and replaced the part. Kirk told me they were almost done about 5:20.pm. They gotten there around 3:30 pm. They had a problem getting the water to flow or something like that and were having trouble figuring it out. 7;30 was about the time they finished. I was charged $500.00 which was almost double what I was told and I believe it was due to the fact that they could not figure out the problem they were having getting the system back up. Being a paint contractor, I know once I give a bid that I can not do that ethically. It's not the customer's fault you are not well versed on the system and the customer should not have to pay for that.

Kirk saved the day for my mom, who had a plumbing leak in her kitchen. He is punctual, friendly, professional and trustworthy. Just like I was told he'd be.
