Hi We used KP Drains on Sunday 7/23. Our plumber Joe Green from Skill Pro recommended them immediately when it was determined we had a huge drain blockage. We called on a Sunday and Mike came out shortly. We can't say enough about Mike having to clean out several drain areas and unclogged our garbage disposal. He did an amazing job and we were up and running happily last night! Thank you. Carol & Mike.

I had a problem with a sewer backup at my residence on Saturday morning of the MLK weekend. No plumbers were available to help, but I got a referral to KP Drains. I contacted KP Drains and Mike P. called me shortly after my call for help. Mike said he was very busy with other emergencies, but that he would help me out before the end of the day. During the day he called me twice, each time apologizing for not getting to me yet. He arrived at 9:00 P.M. and by 10:30 he had fixed the immediate problem so we could use the toilet, shower, dishwasher, etc. However, he heard a ""gurgling"" sound and recommended doing a video inspection of my sewer line to uncover any problems. Sounds invented, huh! I asked him to proceed and he returned the next, Sunday, to discover water in the line from my property out to the town sewer line in the center of the street. Mike and I popped the sewer cover in the center of the street, and he pointed out that there was a blockage where my sewer line tied into the town line. Subsequently I called DPW to no avail. I called KP Drains and Jay reconnected me with Mike who agreed to call DPW. So far, so good. Mike's explanation convinced DPW and the supervisor agreed to open the line at the juncture. I have to call DPW to see if they finished the work last week. The price for the work was reasonable and the service was top notch! I plan to call KP Drains in the future; I recommend you do too.

I had a washer drain that was overflowing the drain stand pipe. I was able to make an appointment for the same day that I called. The service guy, Brandon, came on time and was very friendly. It took about an hour to clear the drain pipe. Brandon was very neat and cleaned up nicely when he was done. The price was very reasonable. I would hire KP drains again and recommend them.

Our kitchen sink was backed up, called these guys this morning, back in business this afternoon - and, as it turned out, our sewer line was completely blocked with years of sludge, all gone now. Fast, good price, professional, service with a smile - can't recommend them enough. Particularly Andrew, the guy who came out.

Third update! I got to spend some more quality time with Mike from KP Drains on 2/24/22 after my sewer main was completely clogged (picture the horror of flushing the toilet and it coming out the bathroom sink!) Mike appropriately diagnosed the issue within minutes, reassuring me the pipe hadn't broken under the house. Being a new-to-us home, it's getting used to us as much as we are it. The plumbing had what was estimated at a decade+ of toilet paper, women's sanitary products, and rust from the cast iron being changed to PVC above ground. It took two hours to get the drain cleared, but Mike knew exactly what he needed to do and was patient and pleasant while he worked. While I truly hope this is the last time I have Mike at my house for anything other than a beer for a very long time, I know who I'll be calling need be.

Had a situation the past week which KP drains came out to fix amazingly quickly, we were referred to them by our plumber (Kevin Scott) and their tech came out, fixed the issue, provided tips on how to avoid that situation in the future. The tech was here in less than an hour from calling and our issue resolved quickly.

We had a clogging problem, worse than the Geico commercial - a DRY clog of paper that had packed into the pipe, who knows how long it had been there. KP Drains sent Andrew, who arrived right away and went to work on our system. He went above and beyond - he would NOT give up. It took a few HOURS to get the pipe clear but he did it, and cleaned up afterward! The two crazy cat ladies in the big purple house THANK YOU so much! In the end - the bill surprised both of us - we thought the charge would be higher! Merry Christmas, Andrew and the rest of the KP Drains crew!

When you find your basement flooded, you know it will be a bad day. Then KP Drains comes in and fix it for you quickly and politely. They walked me through the issue and the fix, were done very fast and cleaned up the mess. I cannot tell you how much better they made the whole day. Also, they were recommended by two other companies (one plumber and one other drain company!!) for being fast and not break the bank. Couple of hundred later (honestly significantly cheaper than I expected) and it is all better. Highly recommend.
