I've never written a negative review for anything online before, but I feel compelled to do so this time. We called Mr. Kozikowski because we needed a kitchen sink and garbage disposal installed. He never showed up on the day he was supposed to come out for an estimate. No reason given. After he did come out, we set up a date for the installation. One part we had ordered was delayed in delivery by a day, so we rescheduled the installation for a day later than planned. When that day arrived, he again did not show up. We called him later that day and he claimed he was waiting for our call to confirm arrival of our part. This is not true. My wife in fact scheduled the installation date, and he even gave us a time when he'd show up. Yes, it was a case of miscommunication. And yes, these things happen. But he just doesn't seem to responsible. We chose not to use his services. We cannot recommend.
