Maria V.I called and talked to George Koval to give me an estimates on adding a new hot water tank in our house. He agreed to meet me at my house the following day. The morning of my appointment, I called him to confirm and he said ok.
We waited for him and he never showed up. I called, left him a voice message and even texted him. He didn't answer his phone nor answer my text.
He's very unprofessional and doesn't know how to treat a customer.
Don't waste your time calling this guy. If you value your time, don't bother.

We had him come over to replace an old dishwasher, and the installation process turned out to be quite a bit more complicated than we had thought due to our dishwasher being farther away from the sink than ideal. He managed to make it work, and had a really great attitude about the whole thing, even though the installation ended up being a lot more labor intensive than everyone had expected. He's also a really funny guy! Overall we won't hesitate to have George over again.
