Matt G.Terrible customer service. The job to install the HVAC wasn't completed on time, and the workmen damaged the hardwood floors by dragging their ladders across the floor. I attempted to get the issue corrected, or handled, and while in discussions with them about repairs to the floors, they sent the $400 remaining portion of the bill to collections. I attempted over the course of three weeks to call and talk to a manager or owner, however never was anyone available, nor was a simple phone call returned. Do not do business with them as they do not stand behind their bond nor correct their screw ups.
