I recently had to get new plumbing for under the kitchen sink. I sketched what I thought I needed and took my less than clear sketch and limited plumbing knowledge to Brinkers. They politely listened, did not make me feel foolish for my lack of knowledge and spent quite a while ensuring I had the correct fittings, understood how to put things together and were happily there should I have questions.

They had all the parts I needed, plus the knowledge, service and courtesy to make sure the job went well. I highly recommend Brinkers.

Took care of our need for laundry tubs. Picked out our tubs and necessary supplies at the showroom. Done in a few hours. Quality work. Plumber was very polite and explained what needed to be replaced. Cleaned up after he was done. Would recommend this company for your plumbing needs

Tried to have Brinker's do a complete bathroom remodeling. I indicated that we would use all their products, such as vanity, toilet fixtures etc. Discussed with Josh what I wanted and did not want. Was told it would take about a week for a quote. Called and left messages for a status on day nine and again on day 11. Never did hear from him, received a phone call from assistant saying he would get in touch, but no time frame. Called and spoke with plumbing manager on day 14 who assured me she would take over and contact my husband, She called him and stated the original person would be sending quote-again not time frame etc. Day15 I received a quote for the product I did not want, no measurements of what the shower would be, very unprofessional looking. Tried to speak with the owner but I guess he is out of town. I did receive some very questionable excuses for the lack of customer service. How disappointing.

Great service but price on shellback utility sink pumps around $100 more than other vendors. Also, was not informed I could take pump back to factory in hazel park for repair ($60 for switch and diaphragm), glad I called the manufacturer and saved myself $268 bucks!

I really can't say enough nice things about Brinkers and all of their tech's including Jason, who was just here for the afternoon, installing a new water softener and sump pump. I've used these guys exclusively for the last few years, and I've never, ever been disappointed. Jason was even very patient with me, as I was late getting away from my client to meet him. He sat in my driveway for 30 minutes waiting for me to get home. I've used cheaper ""handyman"" types, and other plumbing/heating companies, but I've never been completely satisfied. These guys even do bi-annual inspections to make sure everything is tip-top shape.
