Jennifer W.Left bathroom a mess after simple repair of toilet and then proceeded to just throw the old used nasty parts in my garbage can without even putting them in a bag, so then I had to wash that mess out of there!! Could have asked me for a garbage bag, would have given you one!! Then had to go into the back of the toilet and make adjustments myself because the chain kept falling off. I'm not a plumber, but I would think you would pinch it tight so that doesn't occur. Duh!!!
And then where you installed a new shut off valve, you left a giant puddle of rusty water on top of my dryer. I find that disrespectful and unprofessional. I will never suggest you to anyone and will let them know my experience with Koster Plumbing.
