Worst service ever! No one ever answers! Left a message on a cold Saturday that our heat was out. We got a call back 3 hours later that said they could send someone on Monday, really??

We had a difficultly positioned, rusted out iron bend in the sewer, nestled in the foundation and main joists that support our 119yr old house. Charlie was insightful and explained all the issues and potential pitfalls and the quote, Randy then came in and did the dirty work (literally). Ended up exactly as quoted. THANKS Korn Plumbing. You are my guys!!

Just had a wonderful experience with Charlie from Korn Plumbing!! Called for an estimate this am. It's now 4pm and not only did they show up today for the estimate but did it on the spot for $$$ less than another estimate we got!! Awesome, awesome experience. Hopefully I don't have to call them again, but am happy to know they are so fast and fairly priced.

These nice people have bailed us out of horrible situations twice in the last month. They call back very quickly if you leave your number. Our bathroom contractor made a huge mistake, Korn fixed it quickly and issued the paperwork so that we could get our money back. We also had a flood from a botched refrigerator delivery. Charlie insisted he come look at it even though we have a PSG contract. He was right. It was not part of the appliance. He showed up within 15 minutes and fixed it. Use these people!!!

I question whether these other reviews are authentic. Horrible owner who became verbally abusive when I decided to give the shower rebuild to someone else. His quote was almost double than others I received and after our limited dealings I would not want him anywhere near my house.

Gary Korn (owner) always answers your call or calls you back immediately. Emergencies are handled swiftly and appointments are easy to get. Plus, when they do the job, they do it right. When their plumber comes out, he will even put a tarp on your floor before he lays down his tool box so your floors wont get scratched!

They are reliable and dependable.
