I would definitely recommend RICHY and Korkis for your plumbing needs. I am new to the area and called someone else who was highly recommended. That person couldn't smell the (obvious) issue, wouldn't crawl under my crawl space to determine the issue unless I paid him extra and when he didn't know what was wrong said he needed to do an expensive test that would cost upwards of $750-$1,000 to find the problem. No thanks. I then found Korkis.RICHY immediately smelled the issue before he reached the problem area and diagnosed the problem within the first 15 minutes by crawling in the crawl space. He fixed it for just over $100. He took the time to find the source and was honest and thorough. He also found another potential hazard area for me all because he cared to do a good job. The other guy wouldn't have found the issue with his expensive test and would have never seen the other issue. 100% recommend Korkis.

Richie Korkis came to my house after two good plumbers could not locate a leak in my plumbing . He found it and fixed it quickly and explained what he was doing as he did the diagnosis. He charged a fair price , and left the area neater than he found it.

The man was here for approximately 10 minutes to clean my kitchen drain...My mistake to pay in cash...He never gave me a work order nor a receipt for his overpriced job...He promised to stop by with the receipt or send one to my e-mail address...I never heard from him again..So I imagine that $100 I gave him ended up never being declared on his income tax...Just a nice big tip for not much work done...Never again will I pay cash..
