These guys are great. They came to my home for the second time today, this time to fix the washer drain pipe, which was clogged.

They arrived during the time frame that they told me and worked for an hour on the problem. They worked until the blockage was fixed and the washer ran smoothly. They also left my place as clean as they found it.

The technicians were very cordial and professional. I recommend them!

Had an appointment set and never showed up. I called and he stated he forgot and was on the way. NEVER SHOWED. Go find another handyman this is not the one.

I made the terrible mistake of trusting Martin and believing that his warrantee actually meant something. I live in Virginia and really needed a trustworthy handyman to repair a sprinkler system in my home in Albuquerque. He, of course, said that he way that trustworthy guy. A part of the system covered under warrantee failed and he ignored my requests via email and text to fix it. By the way, his phone will not take voice messages so don't bother calling. So, I hired someone else to fix his work and now I have to pursue other actions to get satisfaction. Think hard about who you hire, even to do simple repairs.

Had service scheduled he no called no showed. Scheduled service for the weekend and waited around and he never came. His phone is off and mailbox is full.

I would not recommend using these guys. I hired them to do HVAC work on my house and paid then a big down payment. Weeks after giving me the run around about not being able to find supplies I went to Homedepot and purchased the supplies and had another plumber do the work. He threatened me and told me I did not know who I was dealing with. He will not return my money and is dodging my attempt to file a civil lawsuit. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!

Red Mountain worked on our Irrigation system and did a great job! We're still waiting on some solenoids that they ordered for our sprinkler controller but I'm sure they will arrive soon. A little more expensive than I thought but they did do a lot of work.

My water main was leaking slowly which I did not notice until a gushing stream occurred overnight. Since I had to shut the water supply off to the house I was anxious to have it repaired quickly. The first two plumbers I called were booked out a week and three weeks plus respectively. I used Angi for the first time and had two call backs that same afternoon. Both gave me quotes after seeing the problem. I went with Red Mountain Services. Rick and his assistant exceeded my expectations. The problem was fixed, and an additional valve added in the metering box so I could turn off water to house without disturbing the Water Authority's meter shut off valve. The front sidewalk and a section of the driveway had to be disrupted to access the work areas. Rick did a beautiful repair/replacement of the cement. Excellent service in that it was finished in one day, great pricing, and they cleaned up thoroughly when all work completed. Also, I was kept informed as the work progressed. Totally impressed and highly recommend. Red Mountain is awesome!

I reached out for help with my water heater. They replaced my old one for a reasonable price and they showed up when they said they would. I contracted them to do additional emergency work while I was out of town and they showed up and fixed my issue with the sprinkler system while I was gone. I wasn't sure if it would work out but everything went great. They didn't invoice me until I was able to get back and check their work. I appreciate their willingness to work with me under the circumstances.
