I didn't write this review right away because I wasn't sure if I was happy or angry. Still not sure. I'll just state the facts. We scheduled a repair because our hot water heater stopped working. We had a window between 3-5pm for the same day. That was great. At 4:45pm they called to say the tech was held up and running an hour behind. Whatever, life happens and we are at the end of the day. We weren't going anywhere. Tech finally gets to our house around 6:30ish. Explained the problem to him and what we did to try and resolve the issue. Tech spends about 20 minutes with the hot water heater. He took a couple panels off, not sure what else. I didn't watch him because that would be weird. He knocked on our door and said we either needed to replace both the upper and lower heating elements as well as the thermostat for $550 or $1200 to replace the whole thing. We asked if there were any other options, tech says no. That's a lot of money in my world so I needed time to think about which way we wanted to go as well as reach out to a few other companies. Tech understands (he was super nice and professional to us the entire time). I pay him for the service call and he leaves. Husband and I stand in the garage staring at the hot water heater trying to decide what to do and the SOB starts working. I've had hot water ever since. It's been 3 weeks. Still not sure if I'm happy or angry, but I guess I am glad I don't drop money that quickly. Gave 2 stars because they were all very nice, but I can't help but feel like they were trying to pull a fast one.

This is the third time we have used Kooline plumbing... they are always on time, very professional and quite fair on pricing...
Zane did a very good job and Jay the GM stopped by to do his quality control check... well done guys no reason to call anyone else but Kooline plumbing for all your plumbing needs. I'm sure I will call them again for another plumbing job.

We could not be more pleased with the service we had today on a Saturday with our technician Jay. We were notified by Global water today that we had a leak. With it being Saturday we were worried that we would not be able to find anyone to come out and see what was going on. Within 2 hours of our call Jay was here and had taken care of the leak. I would highly recommend Kooline Plumbing and they will be our go to plumbing company for all our plumbing needs.

I have in the past 15 years used several different plumbers here in Maricopa and am 100% sure that the plumber that anyone should use is Kooline Plumbing. They are trustworthy, honest professionals and quite fair on their pricing.

Had to have another company come cleanup their mess. They also lied to my wife about installing a name brand part when they infact installed a cheap generic part ( verified by other company who we will now be using going foward ) Use caution with these liars. They will also ignore any correspondence and will not get back to you once they are called out on their sub par work. Stay away from these guys and use a reputable company.

I received multiple diagnosis on the plumbing behind my washer. The guys at Kooline did the most thorough diagnosis of all companies (local and big names companies), they gave the best quote and did such good work. Very professional and prompt!

It's the first we used Kooline plumbing ...Nazeem came out and replaced our hot water tank within 2-3 hours ..very impressive work ..he even put the pan and installed water going out if anything ever happens ...definitely a company one can count on ...very professional work done ....definitely using Kooline Plumbing in future...
