We called Kooline Plumbing early Sunday morning after we discovered water coming up through our vinyl flooring. Our service tech Juan was very helpful. He arrived exactly when he said he would be to our house.
It did take some time to find out where the water was coming from. He was so incredibly thorough in checking out all of the sources of water in our house.
He was super cautious when cutting the drywall to find the leak. He did tell several times that he only makes the hole and he doesn't repair the drywall.
I told him that was a small price to pay to get the job done.
Juan is very professional and efficient.
He also communicated with me every step of the way. Kooline Plumbing is very LUCKY to have an employee like him. Thank you again for your quick response and service on a early Sunday morning!

Kooline tried to take advantage of me when my air conditioner died in 114 degree heat. They came and quoted me for a13 seer, 5 ton unit for $13,500. Sent a written quote when i said my next door neighbor paid $10,000 a week ago and written quote was for $10,000 with a 12 seer, 3 ton. The company that came the next day charged $8,000 for 15 seer, 4 ton, new thermostat, 10 yr warranty. This company will fleece you if they can. Run.

While in the process of selling our home the home inspection revealed a small water leak coming from the pipe to our outdoor hose bib. Kooline was very responsive and had very reasonable pricing. Great people to work with 5 stars across the board! Thank you Kooline!

$300 to snake a residential line 15 feet. No dice. They might be good at what they do but their rates are way out of touch with market. ""Things ain't cheap anymore"" is pretty insulting. Someone is out of touch and it isn't me.

Kooline responds quickly and has done good work in the past. This time I had a leaking supply line to my water softener. The plumber, I won't name him but could, arrived, saw the leak and wanted to replace the flexible supply line with fixed copper to the softener. I said no to that so he put teflon tape on the threads, said I should buy a new water softener from him. Said no, mine still works great. The teflon tape appeared to work, I was charged $105. Two days later the leak returned. The plumber returned, tighten the fitting, the leak seemed to stop. He Said I really needed fixed copper but it would be pricey. Tried to sell me a water softener again. The leak appeared to stop but returned two days later.

I called out another plumbing company, they replaced the leaking supply line with one that matched the faulty supply line. I now have a new preferred plumbing contractor. Everybody needs a $105 lesson occasionally.

Our toilets in our shop backed up. They came same day and snaked the line. The whole appointment was 35 minutes from start to finish. They charged us $389.00. The same day service was appreciated, but not the exorbitant price. We will be going elsewhere from now on.

Our A/C stopped working I call Kooline for an appointment when I called the person said it was after hours I would be charged 175.00 per hour . The tech came out to repair, he replaced a part in less than 30 minutes. I was charged 475.00 I was not given an invoice. I called the office with my warranty information to get refund of some of the charges . I spoke with Sandy she told me my warranty did not cover labor and I was not charged for the part that was replaced I was only charged labor . $ 475.00 for less than 30 minutes. I will not be doing business with this company again . I hope this helps other from getting ripped off by this company.

I had raw sewage fumes in my residence causing me headaches and sickness. I explained that to the plumber and they had no sense of urgency. The plumber came to my property for a few days in a row approx 30 min each day. Proceeded to charge me for each day when no work was done. Just investigating the problem he told me. They damaged my plumbing, and yard, and caused me to miss work. Then told me it would be 6000.00. Huge red flag! I called my property manager because I had just purchased the unit 1 month previously. The property manager spoke with the manager of Kooline previously and had banned the company from performing any service at this property however I was not aware. Because they had previously scammed  other residents the same. I never called Kooline back. Another company fixed my plumbing same day and because the problem was on the owners side and not my side, they charged the community I live in. So I was not financially responsible for the repairs and Kooline Plumbing had no clue and was going to charge me. Then they proceeded to call me 4 to 5 times a day to get money. They also sent two big guys to my door, I refused to open the door. I have never been harassed like this before.

After receiving an excess water use from Global Water on 12/12, I observed water gushing up to the surface where the main water line comes to the house. I contacted Global Water and they sent out a technician to turn off the water to the house. I was without water until today, 12/15. Thinking I had done the ""right"" thing two years ago, I purchased a water and sewer line warranty protection policy. I called 12/13 to have American Water Resources contact their company and was given a claim number and told to wait for a call from their plumber. After numerous calls on 12/15 to American Water Resources and being put on hold and eventually cut off after not being contacted by AWR's plumber, I called Kooline Plumbing @11:00 am. My circumstance warranted emergency action. Rick, Nick and two other employees arrived at my home 1:24 pm. They dug a trench and laid an entire new water line (at my request) then backfilled the trench even hosing off the landscape rocks. Job well done. Paid Rick and they left about 2:30 pm. It is a good thing to once again have the water on!
