i pretty much made a yelp account for these guys... i cannot say enough how amazing their service was.

my situation in a nutshell: food got stuck in the pipes after going down the garbage disposal (sardines of all things). i thought i could remove the piping myself & clean it out, but i ended up snapping something between the wall & the sink piping. i thought i was screwed.

i called up everybody i could think of - i needed this fixed quickly due to a busy schedule. mike diamond wanted to charge me just to come out & tell me what they'd charge me. no thanks.

i found out that angie's list charged just to give me suggestions of who to call. no thanks.

finally used homeadvisor.com - got 3 free top suggestions. called each around 4:30pm on a monday; i was getting ready to bite the proverbial bullet.

the other two returned my calls days later... it took THESE guys 10 minutes. frank had an appointment early the next morning, but he was able to push it back & visit me even earlier. when he arrived (on time), he took a look at it, found the problem (a rusted & broken connector), took it out, replaced it, replaced my sink piping (because it was installed in a highly unmanageable way) & charged me a little bit more than mike's diamond's consultation fee... and all under an hr. i was floored.

TL;DR great service, great pricing, great people... if you choose anybody other than these guys, you're wasting your time.

Working in the construction industry for 9 years I have been conditioned to be wary of plumbers. Thank god I found frank! He's honest, dependable and gets the job done right the first time. I've had the pleasure of him doing work on my house twice- once when I did a full remodel of my home and another time to replace my water heater. He and his boys were professional and explained what the scope of work was in detail. The pricing was competitive and fair. If you are looking for an honest, dependable, and will do the job a 120%, then look no more. They worked on my plumbing last January and today they fixed my gas pipe leak. Frank & his son did not disappoint me, they did an excellent job on the work they did in my house. I was referred to this plumbing service through my home warranty company, by water heater went or Sunday night at 8pm. I called them at 8 am Monday morning and was told they would be at my home between 10 and 11 that day. To my surprise Frank showed up at 10 on the dot and was courteous and professional. It turned out that I needed a new water heater, while he uninstalled my old water heater, he had the new water heater brought by his son who also works for the company. Everything was installed quickly, he appeared very thorough, and the job was done perfectly. By 3pm I had hot water, and would recommend them to anyone.
