Prompt, knowledgeable, very friendly and got the job done. Brian came to our rental property and, after hearing about what a previous plumber recommend was the issue, began his own investigation into the problem. After about 15 mins of discussing what we believed the issue to be, his understanding and recommending what we needed to do to resolve that issue, how we would need to cut the slab and begin to dig for a possible broken pipe, he asked if we could try something out. If it didn't work, then there would be no charge. He began, and what he found was not a possible broken pipe under the slab, but a severely clogged one, and that a jet wash might resolve it. It did and with a final snaking of the line, he was able to clear the clog. There was no presence of sand or mud, and as of right now, we look to be OK. Our renters where extremely happy, and I would recommend Brain and Konczak Plumbing for your local plumbing needs.

The building I live in, in la Jolla, is notorious for backing up. The first time it happened I was told to wait for the buildings usual plumber. After waiting hours with no promise of a time I called Konczak and he came out within a couple hours. So the next two times it happened I immediately called Konczak and again he came out very quickly. He has always been very courteous and polite and gets the job done quick. I would highly recommend them based on my experience.

I wanted to write a review about this company because of how well they treated my mother. My dad (her husband of 43 years) just died less than two weeks ago and my mom was faced with a plumbing issue already (clogged pipes). I live in Los Angeles and it is difficult for me to get down to San Diego for such issues on the spur of the moment - my mom has never dealt with a contractor by herself ever in her life and she was worried. We did not know how bad the problem was or if an entire clean out system was needed to be installed to complete the repair (common issue for the entire neighborhood right now). The person at Konczak Plumbing that came to my mom's house was very patient and did not take advantage of my mom at all - even though someone could have EASILY done that to her. My husband does commercial underground installations so we had a general idea of what might be entailed if the repair was extensive. The person from Konczak was able to clear the problem without the installation of a clean-out and explained to her what might be needed in the future and what could happen if she did not install a clean-out in a proactive fashion. The prices were extremely fair and my mom felt very comfortable with his work and the entire visit. I wanted to be sure to let people know how great this company is and what it meant to my mom (as her first contractor experience alone). Thank you so much!!! (daughter)
